"Be careful, as long as orders pass well, everything goes without hooking with deliveroo, but at least it is impossible to have a satisfactory answer! I was never able to pay with my card, appealed to the customer service (telephone) that never reminded me, which hung twice, and which provided me as the only solution to change internet explorer and to put me in private navigation (and asked me if I was satisfied.) And by writing to the customer service, they have the nerve to ask me for my identity card, despite all the orders I have been able to do before. So they still lose a loyal customer, and it doesn’t seem to bother them too much. And looking at the different sites, I don’t get the most injured (some have lost money.) Fortunately ubereats is here, I just registered, and I received my order in 20 minutes (faster than solving a problem with the customer service deliveroo haha.)"
