"The restaurant, formerly known as 15 Queen St, is now called The Borough. It appears to have new owners, but the interior remains unchanged. I stopped by for a quick drink with a friend and found that they only had two beers on tap, Moretti and Brixton Pale Ale. The pale ale took a long time to pour, and it seemed like the tap might have been running low. While the beer was fine, I believe there are better options available elsewhere, such as at Wetherspoons. When it came time to pay, I handed over my card without asking for the total, and the server did not inform me of the cost. He placed the receipt upside down on the bar and seemed eager to take it away after I paid with the machine. To my surprise, I later found the receipt in my pocket and discovered that a 10% service charge had been added, bringing the total for two pints to over £14.50. I am shocked that a pub would charge over £1.30 just to pour two pints of beer. Next time, I will opt for the Coppa Club, where I could have gotten a better deal and enjoyed a livelier atmosphere."
