"By far one of the best restaurants I 've ever visited. The atmosphere is nothing alike any restaurant I 've ever bene to, and I 've been to some authentic one of a kind places around the world. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They 're very understanding that you may not understand their culture, and are always happy to explain a dish, or even have a friendly chat about some of the background/history. Me and my partner visit this restaurant regularly as it is our go to place when it comes to date nights. As for the food, it 's of great quality. Something I really appreciate are their traditional Portuguese dishes. As a European myself, I miss these types of dishes and they 're certainly not something you 'd be able to get yourself in your ordinary British pub. Drinks/Cocktails are also a great touch, and superb when paired with the iconic dishes. So far I 've managed try all but one of their cocktails which they offer, and I must say that their Expresso Martini, Mojito and Long Island Ice Tea are delicious. I also appreciate their uniqueness, as they have an option on the menu where they will bring out dishes as they are made fresh, and you won 't know for sure what you have, and it 's great for indecisive people or those whom may not have anything in mind and just appreciate a good dining. Of course, they are things from the menu so you can always double check and say Can you please not give me this if you really wanted to, but what 's the fun in that?! Lastly, the pricing. Their prices are very fair. They offer their cocktails at 2 for £10, which I find being a good deal. Their meals are also well priced at the average main meal costing about £13.00, including 2 sides best choice is always Fries and Salad : For a date night (2 people you can prepare yourself to be paying in the area of £75 £90 depending on what you order. For me and my partner, we 're usually in between £80 and £90, that including a main meal for both of us, one to share (usually a desert and 2 or 3 cocktails each. Unless you order an absurd amount, you shouldn 't pay more than £100 per visit. To put this in perspective, for an event of 13 people, the total bill came to approximately £480.00. Everyone was fully packed with no space for desert, and there were several drinks each with some as much as 4 or 5 each. Overall this place would deserve 6* as it is truly a magnificent place to visit. Only downside to this, is that it is almost always fully booked, and that means that sometimes it can get little loud, especially if there are groups of people."
