Excellent cuisine, clean place, top service and good value for money

Perfect, nothing to say. The cooks, waiters are adorable and the cheese is to fall! Hait to take cooking classes at home...

Excellent dishes and of undeniable quality, succeed in making a raw risotto with cauliflower, cold and with as much taste... I say bravo.

Very delicious healthy food. The waiter was extremely friendly, helpful and had taken time to explain everything despite the restaurant was fully booked.

We found this place by luck, We were spending one night in Paris and in our way to Gare du Nord just outside Piosonière metro station we were looking for a light lunch and there it was! All gluten, animal and dairy free. You will not believe the quality of their food! It is great and should be in the top 100 in Paris.

We took the Brunch last Sunday and it was an explosion of flavors at each bite! Thank you to Fabien Borgel for hosting us at home (because we really feel comfortable We recommend the Brunch because we can taste all the culinary creations of the Chef at will!!! : A great thank you Fabien for your warm welcome and your wonderful creativity! We will come back with great pleasure!

I advise you to refrain if you are not a convinced vegan. I appreciate a lot of cooking varieties but this experience has been unpleasant. Even if the presentation is cured the flavors are special, the quality ratio is quite average and the reception is more than reserved. The guest who shared my meal did not eat his dish while he is vegetarian, identical, our table neighbours.

I was looking forward to dinner at this restaurant. That was not my great disappointment... the reception was deplorable or even glacial. I totally fought with the server that didn't understand my annoyance. 15 minutes after installing us on a table without a cover, without even a look, it welcomes other customers with a smile, installs them and prepares their table. When I notice him, sir gets angry and raises his tone! C is anything for a restaurant of this standing! The chef tried to catch up pretty badly but good after almost 2 hours of drive we wouldn’t leave the restaurant. The dishes are good and fortunately!

I am not vegan but I like to avoid meat and dairy when I can, and was also intrigued by the concept of the food being not only vegan but raw. I had a mushroom velouté, which was delicious, and then a dish based on jackfruit, which was unlike anything I had ever tasted. Delicious is not quite the right word for the latter I 'd say something more like fascinating . Anyway, a great gastronomic experience. Their vegan cheeses are good if you don 't try to pretend to yourself that they are actually cheese but instead enjoy them on their own terms. (I 've had some quite unpleasant vegan cheeses in the past, but these were different one of them, a cream cheese, was something I could imagine eating...
