"I had the pleasure of visiting this ancient hostaria during my recent stay in Rome and I must say that the experience was absolutely fantastic. Located in a side street of Via del Corso, the hostaria has a welcoming and authentic atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The food is simply delicious. I was lucky enough to taste the amatriciana, a traditional dish of Roman cuisine and the lamb, all prepared with skill and fresh ingredients. Every bite was a journey into Roman taste and culinary tradition. But what truly made my visit special was the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but also extremely professional, providing dish recommendations and making sure every need was met. In conclusion, I highly recommend this ancient hostaria to anyone looking for an authentic Roman dining experience. The food is delicious, the staff is pleasant and professional, and the atmosphere is simply lovely."

We found this place by chance on our first night during our week long trip in Italy and I think it was one of the best meals we had. We got the carbonara and the calzone and both were delicious. My wife and I loved this place! The food was delicous, we ordered pasta and an appetizer and will be recommending this place to others. We were always attended to with great service, and we enjoyed the outside seating. A Sunday that ends on a high note! If the capricciosa pizza was excellent, Roman pizza, the pasta recommended to us by Matteo was amazing!! I strongly recommend the pasta with tail sauce, a real delight, as a very approved Roman! Finally a good homemade tiramisu, excellent balance of ingredients! I also recommend the creme brulee. Fast and friendly service, in addition to the excellent advice received, the atmosphere was also very welcoming! We would definitely go back!
