"Die Lage des Restaurants ist sehr zentral und auch recht schön direkt neben dem Zwinger. Die Speisen sind preislich im oberen Bereich angesiedelt, jedoch der Qualität angemessen. Unsere Gerichte waren frisch, regional und geschmacklich gut. Leider war der Service etwas enttäuschend. De junge Herr kannte die Karte nicht, konnte keine Weinempfehlung geben und zog Grimassen, wenn wir Nachfragen hatten (z.B. Warum ist nach der Vorspeise mit Spargel auch die Hauptspeise ein Spargelgericht?). Wein wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgeschenkt, die Brotkörbe wurden nicht wieder befüllt und die drei Gänge zogen sich von 20 bis nach 23 Uhr hin, obwohl das Restaurant nicht sonderlich viele Gäste hatte. Leider wird der Service den Qualitäten des Kochs nicht gerecht. Keine Empfehlung."

美術館に入る前に、庭園の奥のテラスにあるカフェ（Franzoesischer pavillonというそうです）で昼食、メニューはイタリアンでした。夫婦でサラダとスパゲッティを頼みましたが、味は申し分なく、量も充分でした。店の奥の方からアルテマイスターに入ることもできます。スタッフが二人しかいないので、注文など少々辛抱が必要ですが、美しい庭園を眺めながらの食事は別格です。

More than a gallery cafe Alte Meister serves serious food although a fairly short menu. Food more modern European than strictly German, and dainty rather than heavy. Service efficient and food good.

This is a nice restaurant to chill after walking around in Dresden, located just outside Zwinger. Food quality is excellent and there are few veg options as well. View in evening is very nice when you sit outside.

We went with a group and had a set menu.We had goat cheese with nut crust, followed by braised veal cheeks, asparagus and sage gnocchi and finally trifle with raspberries, basil foam and chocolate crumble.Portions were a reasonable size and not too large. Delicious.

This is a beautiful restaurant next to the masters museum. The inside is ultra-modern the outside has a small balcony/terrace and the rest of the seating is outside on a lower level. The food was really good and the wine list for by the glass was fairly long and focused on German wines.

Solide Küche in ruhiger Atmosphäre mit moderner, angemessener Einrichtung. Das optimale Lokal in Zusammenhang mit einem Besuch der Semper Oper. Das Personal war entsprechend gut informiert und speditiv. Das Essen war leicht und frisch und der Preis ok. Nicht unbedingt ein stimmungsvolles Lokal - ausser, man sitze im Freien, was bei uns leider witterungsbedingt nicht möglich war -, wo man einen ganzen Abend verbringen möchte, doch praktisch und effizient vor der Oper.
