The restaurant is beautiful and the people who are working inside are really kind and smiling. But the food was not good.. I just enjoyed the chips but that's all. I think it's a lack of seasoning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

The waitress was very attentive and helpful, but the manager seemed more interested in his phone than in our experience. When we left, we didn't even receive a goodbye. Visited Antico restaurant twice in three days whilst on a recent trip to Sunderland. Really enjoyable food at reasonable prices, the pasta dishes, pizzas and homemade chips are delicious. The fillet steak was tough and was unlike any fillet steak I have ever had. I was very disappointed, especially considering the high price. However, the starter was delicious. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also pleasant, receiving a rating of 4 out of 5. Overall, the experience was mixed with great service and atmosphere, but disappointing food quality.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. We dined there for two nights and everything on the menu was good. Even simple dishes like tagliatelle carbonara or tiramisu, which I have had many times before, were amazing. The restaurant can get quite noisy when it's full and it can be very warm, but the service is quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Ver carta
