"Restaurant is located in Allaman ! Large space for big groups ! Several rooms ! Restaurant is famous for meat and salmon ! Diner with friends ! We had an appetizer proposed by the restaurant than we all have empanadas with meat and chorizo! Then meat with homemade fries and some desserts ! Food is excellent ! Service friendly ! They also proposed take-away for specific plates."

"Beautiful location, wonderful setting on the terrace with stunning views of the lake. Small aperitif with champagne and strawberry-passion fruit champagne cocktail. The latter was very well prepared with the subtle side of strawberry and passion fruit without being too sweet, a great success. Their salad with their legendary and incomparable sauce is always just as magical, we can 't get enough of it. Second starters with fresh goat 's cheese quenelle and tastings of perch fillets, absolutely nothing to complain about, simply delicious, well done and thank you. A little disappointment when we received the entrecôte (stale on the bone for 21 days) and the beef fillet, which clearly lacked cooking. Both were blue even though we had asked for rare, it 's ok, it can happen but when we asked the waiter to cook them a little more we would have appreciated the simple humility in admitting the mistake rather than try to justify it by citing the size of the pieces of meat which in no way excuses the cooking which is supposed to be mastered by a professional. The second cooking was more satisfying and it must also be said that the pieces of meat were of high quality. 2nd little problem: the fries. Having come to Le Vieux Navire several times in the past, I was also delighted with the matchstick fries which were by far THE best I had tasted, I was disappointed with the fries which seemed industrial or even frozen. When talking to the waiter, first response: they are matchstick fries. We told him no, obviously not and he ended up admitting that they had finished the matchstick fries and had to replace them with others. We would have liked to be notified when ordering and not at the end of the meal. Back home, looking at the photos from the last 2 years on Google it seems that they haven 't been making matchstick fries for a long time. They may have been artisanal but hard to believe and also slightly lacked cooking (personal taste). Once again we would have preferred honesty and transparency from the start. For dessert, unfortunately we were not able to have it on site, due to lack of time, so we had to take it away. The chocolate truffle was really good. The chocolate cake... WOAW! It exceeded all our expectations. We think you should enter it in a competition, because it is by far the best chocolate cake we have ever eaten. On all levels, incredible taste and absolutely perfect textures. Everything you expect from a chocolate cake worthy of the name. We had a very nice evening despite these 2 little hiccups and thank you for that. We look forward to coming and trying the experience again, even if only for the famous salad and the incredible softness. THANKS !"

"Moi j’adore de la manière dont répond le patron aux avis négatifs...rien de plus facile pour un client de critiquer sur FB et ne pas oser en parler en face! Le patron a raison...être franc avec les insatisfaits est primordial, pas besoin d’être commercial! Ceux qui n’aiment pas n’ont qu’à aller ailleurs ça laisse de la place aux autres . Justement, j’y vais ce soir pour la 1ère fois! Attention Pepper Jack je suis fan d’hamburger...soyez prêts...soyez à la hauteur!!!"

"A bit of a cold welcome that never really warmed up. We arrived 10 minutes before the reservation time and faced with the disappointment of seeing us so early, we offered to come back later. Finally, we took our table and saw the many customers arriving before the official opening time. In short, great pancakes, fair price, simple but very Breton decor. Atmosphere carried by customers who were eating while waiting for the show at the theater."

"Have eaten here twice in the last three months and both times we came away immensely pleased with both the food and the ambience. The food is of the highest quality. This evening we had oysters and grilled scallops as starters. The oysters were nice and plu,p and very fresh. Very enjoyable. The scallops were perfectly grilled and served in a pumpkin sauce which was to die for. We could have ordered the starters all over again, they were so good. For main course we ordered the restaurant’s signature dish: chateaubriand for two. It was perfectly cooked. Melted in my mouth. Perfectly seasoned. The dish is very simple. The beef is served with a baked sweet potato and a side salad. The combination is wonderful. It was so enjoyable. The restaurant has a good selection of wine and they are knowledgeable about their wines and are comfortable in recommending wines that compliment the dishes ordered. The waiters are very friendly and the attention to detail is reassuring. Y the way the toilets are so incredibly clean and well maintained, it is almost worth going there just for the toilets LOL! For those thank now the restaurant since it opened around 3 years ago, it’s worth noting that one of the two partners left and the menu has since changed definitely for the better ! We will return again and again to L’Accent."
