Restaurant find a little by chance by walking in Saumur. I was attracted by this particular oven that took me from curiosity so I tried the discovery menu and this one was really excellent.

A charming little restaurant in the heart of the brine, we took the smoked salmon in the entrance, tab, pork and pizza in the dish, nothing exceptional but everything was good. Small flat, accompaniment salads without any seasoning were disappointing. A good experience despite everything because the restaurant was full

We had lunch here on a lovely sunny afternoon, having driven to see off the Tour de France. The food was beautifully presented, very pleasant staff and fantastic Pizza. I had a local item of several different types of Mushroom which as beautiful. Food was well price as it is off the main street a little bit. Go here for a lovely lunch.

Had an evening meal here whilst stopping in Saumur to collect the annual wine stock. Great and different type of food I have never encountered before. Excellent, well prepared by attentive staff/owners. Would recommend this establishment to all to try and see what you think. We had a set meal for 2 with 3 courses with a bottle of Rose and bill came to 78 euros not a bad price for such good food.
