A great carvery and breakfast buffet. However, I mark them down a star because each time I order a pint of coke they fill the glass to the top with ice. I have had to ask they remove the ice as its a joke how little coke you get because of this. So coke drinkers... be warned. Otherwise great. Ver carta

Lovely dinner date with my little girl, best roast spuds I’ve ever had at a carvery! Kid-friendliness: It’s nice to have a pub that’s kid friendly and so local to us. We love coming here nearly every fortnight and getting served by our favourite barmaid/waitress Summer, she’s lovely and very approachable accommodating. We visit regularly, but on this occasion it was awful. Firstly I asked for a pint of Pepsi. What I received was a pint glass full of ice with a dash of Pepsi. The carvery was very poor. The beef was inedible as so chewy, and the roast potatoes had been warmed up so we're either as hard as a rock, or just a vile texture. The vegetables were very mushy and inedible. My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant on Sunday, 17th December with my son, son-in-law, and three grandsons. We live in Kent and they live in Redditch, so it was a bit of a journey to get there, but it was definitely worth it! We had a wonderful table and the food was excellent, with something for everyone, even my very picky 13-year-old. What made the experience even more special was our server, Summer. She was a delightful and pleasant young lady who was attentive without being intrusive. She made sure we had everything we needed, asked if there was anything extra we wanted, and served each course with a smile and professionalism. I realized when paying the bill that no service cha...
