Die Lage direkt am See macht das Restaurant attraktiv, das Essen war auch prima (Fischknusperli und Salat).

the house seems to be in the call to be specialized in fish. unfortunately the fried eglifilets could not inspire: fade, dry, boring. good wine from own bottling and very nice service. Ver carta

we have ordered egli-filet fried. the fish were not crispy at all, but soft and gum and only from polen! and that at the murtensee. the restaurant acts inviting and is at very beautiful location. but the fish I would not recommend to anyone. I've never eaten so bad eglis!

the local is located directly on the lake, the service is friendly, but eating could not convince. less would be more, less tables, less on the teller. the portions are large, but the quality is moderate. the eglifilets as well as the kartoffels are swung in the butter and the mayo was made industrially, so also the salatsauce.

Wir besuchen dieses Restaurant oft, das wunderbar am Ufer des Moratsees liegt. Ich empfehle es für ein Sommeressen auf der Terrasse unter den Bäumen. Ihre Filets de Barsche sind die besten, die ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe und ihre Pommes sind erstklassig. Die Präsentation des Essens und der Service sind ausgezeichnet, freundlich und unprätentiös. Sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Bel Air, aber ein viel größerer Parkplatz ist in der Nähe verfügbar, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ver carta

In den heutigen Coronazeiten ist eine Reservation schwierig. Das Telefon ist nur ab 1130 besetzt. Internetreservation ist am Vortag nicht mehr möglich!Dann der Empfang war eher unfreundlich. Der Kellner war dann aber nett. Der Vorspeisensalat hat sehr geschmeckt. Die Eglifilets Meuniere waren etwas gummig. Die Portionen sind grosszügig und der Preis absolut O.K..Die Ambiance im Restaurant könnte mit dieser Lage noch etwas besser sein.Dafür überzeugte der weisse Chasselashauswein. Leider war unser Besuch nur zufriedenstellend.

Ich wollte heute (Mittwoch) eine Reservierung für Freitag Mittag machen per Mail, da das Restaurant heute geschlossen hat.Ich erhielt eine Mail, dass man bereits mehrmals überall erwähnt hätte, dass man keine kurzfristigen Reservierungen annehmen würde. Bitte? In einem Restaurant ist eine Reservierung von Mittwoch auf Freitag kurzfristig?Man kann auch anders höflich darauf hinweisen, dass man ev. keinen Platz hat und nicht potentielle Gäste zurecht weisen. My wife and I have ate at the Restaurant Bel-Air early on in a month long holiday in Switzerland from the UK. We liked it so much we went there five times in all. This restaurant deserves special mention, in our opinion, for the consistency of its service and quality of food. One of the best meals I've eaten anywhere was their Marmite, a steaming fish soup with rice on the side and a most generous quantity. Then next time I had the rack of lamb and, wow!
