We ate here on 14th Feb before going to theatre. Despite it being Valentines we got a great table and enjoyed our meal and wine very much. Will come again in June when up for another treat!!

This branch never fails us..welcoming management and efficient team service and great attention from charming Jeremy. Fish pie a winner and one of the most succulent chicken burgers I 've had. Great value for money in buzzy but comfortable setting.

Visited Saturday evening when the Restaurant was busy but no problem getting a table. Excellent friendly service from Jeremy (hope that's his name as it what was stated on the bill). Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, served at the right temperature without...too much of a delay. I can really recommend the Calamari as a starter. Will definitely visit again the next time I'm in London.

Beverage service was good, but after we ordered the set-dinner menu before 6:00, our main courses only arrived at 7:00 after tracking servers and managers. Customers who came after us were served food before we got ours. An offer of another glass of...Wein was made, but as already late for theater might recommend taking the bill before they expect it. We were in Bill's in Epsom, which is great, shame on brand consistency

We were in a rush on our way to the theater when we decided to stop by this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was lovely, the food selection was great, and the staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious fish cake and a burger, along with a budget-friendly bottle of wine. Our server, Steven, made sure our dining experience was leisurely and enjoyable, even though we only had 45 minutes. Thank you, Steven!

Such slow service. Staff nice and polite but clearly nowhere near enough of them. 55 minutes for food to come from arriving. 20 minutes to get a drink. Seems badly managed how does a major restaurant run out of sparkling mineral water by 5.30pm...on a Saturday? Food good on the whole when it came with the exception of the supposedly crispy cracker on the jack fruit salad which was tasteless and soggy, and looked horrible. Could do better?

I choose Bill's for lunch this time after a lovely lunch at Bluewater, and feedback from my sister that the Kingston one did a great birthday meal for my 18 year old niece. Our experience was good, we arrived early, our table was all ready...with Happy birthday scatter bits on the table and a little present for my 4 year old. Food was good as always, and service was good. They even coped well with a bit of sick from an over excited birthday girl... very family friendly, good children's menu, lovely halloumi burger...

Nice welcome but our table for 2 was rather cramped and close to the adjacent table so not ideal for a business meeting. However, we had no option but to continue as the restaurant was quite busy. I ordered Roast Half Chicken with piri-piri sauce... £14.75) and sweet potato fries £0.75 extra) this was quite tasty but the presentation was not great. No starter or pudding so as a quick lunch it ticked boxes and represented good value. I have used other Bill's restaurant both in and out of London with the standard generally consistent and good.

I dined at Bills in Holborn last night with two friends. The pros: the chicken dumplings were nice, a good portion size, and very tasty. Our waitress for most of the night was very friendly. However, the negative was that we didn't have the same waitress all night, we ended up with about 4 different servers and none of them seemed to know where we were in our meal. For dessert, I had the lemon balm sorbet, which was nice when it wasn't frozen in the middle. My friend ordered a cup of tea for £2.50, but what came was a huge porcelain pot that was only one third filled with hot water and a tea bag that was hardly filled.
