it was our first visit here, eating was absolutely beautiful, the place was on the cool side apart from that everything else was beautiful

The restaurant's customer service is atrocious. Their ethics are questionable, and it is clear that their main priority is making as much money as possible from their customers. Their inability to work with other companies to make reasonable arrangements is unacceptable.

Really fab food. Apparantly they had been very busy, but there were only 2 other diners in there when we were there and only one waitress. Waitress was lovely. Food seemed to take forever to be ready. But well worth the wait (although i would have preferred to not have to wait so long! but would recommend. Ver carta

a disappointing first visit in prison means that we will not return soon. service was extremely slow, and when food arrived, the ordered medium was rarely steak well done. on another meal were raw meaning they were unusable. the crust meal was exchanged, but the new meal came after the rest of the table was finished. very disappointing.

The food was the best we had on holiday, all week! It was delicious and extremely good value for money. I had soup, chicken and cheesecake and would consider eating there each evening when visiting again, as we visit family in Cornwall often. Some other restaurants were around £17.00 for a main course only!! I have told everyone I have spoken to, to eat at Bodmin Jail. Thank you all Ruth

we arrived a bit earlier than our booked time, but we are the only customers. we sat and served immediately. because we had lunch with friends, we were not in a certain hurry, so we didn't make it up, but our food took an hour to come, other guests seemed to order and leave after us before we got our food. I don't think we have ordered everything especially drunk some cakes and a fish chips. the food itself was beautiful, and the price seemed reasonable. Ver carta
