"To start our culinary adventure, we tried the Cheese Souffle, a light and fluffy dish served with a decadent Coastal Cheddar sauce. The Mediterranean Fish Soup was equally impressive, featuring bold flavors of Gruyère cheese, rouille, and croutons that tantalized our taste buds. For our main course, we enjoyed the perfectly cooked Chalkstream Trout with Watercress Sauce, which was accompanied by crushed potatoes, toasted almonds, and a vibrant watercress sauce. The Grilled King Prawns served on a bed of black rice enriched with prawn bisque, braised peas, broad beans, and piquillo peppers were also a standout dish, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. To end our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in the Basque Cheesecake accompanied by macerated raspberries and coulis. The rich and creamy cheesecake, paired with the tartness of the raspberries, was the perfect way to conclude our dining experience. Overall, our visit to Brasserie Blanc was a delightful one, thanks to the exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. Whether you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a night out, Brasserie Blanc in Milton Keynes is a must-visit destination."

We went to Brasserie Blanc in Milton Keynes and had a lovely time. We were a big table of 17 but the service was smooth and they were very accommodating. Food was delicious and loved the drinks menu. Would recommend the Brambleberry Spritz.

The waitress was lovely, chatty and attentive (I can't remember her name but she was from Peru). The food was amazing, I had the Boeuf Bourguignon and it was melt in your mouth, and the bacon lardons were sooo scrummy. The Espresso Martini was really good too and the perfect end to a lovely meal!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service from the staff was excellent. Although I wasn't satisfied with my initial order, they quickly provided me with an alternative without any hassle, which made for a seamless dinner. The atmosphere was lovely and calm. The only downside was that the waiting time for food was slightly longer than I'm accustomed to.

We came with our friends last night and had a lovely meal . Service is excellent and food delicious. Our friends are vegetarian and often come here as they say choice and flavour are good. Nice pinot grigio and rioja went down very well I had a beetroot terrine which was light and then trout over crushed potatoes with watercress sauce. Hubby surprised our veggie friends by having pea and mint ravioli and loving it! We didn't have a sweet as it was my birthday celebration and there was a cake waiting at home but they did look good.

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
