the brasserie hermann is one of my favorite restaurants in griffswald. the card is manageable, because it is cooked with regional ingredients and seasonal. a classic card is not available, for them they get a mannshohe wooden board from the waitress and can then choose. also for private parties you can book the brasserie. highly recommended.

in the brasserie man you can eat very tasty and spend cozy evenings. in a rustic atmosphere the nice services carry the great menu of men to the table. there you will find delicious dishes from classic carving or Cordon-Bleu to changing tasty products, with many special combinations that they find nowhere. here there is a daily changing lunch table with two dresses to choose from. it is also recommended to break on Sunday with many freshly prepared things. in griffswald's inner city you will find the brasseriemann at a main road crossing. the atmosphere and the interieur is very rustic and ideal for family celebrations or cozy cumpels. after our high time we took to dinner and felt very good there. the personal is friendly and recommends demand for certain means of life and frankly ask, understandable and not annoying. the day card comes exceptional and not traditional (not the usual folding card, but it becomes an approx. 1 meter high plaque on its own table.

My wife and I had two meals here - excellent lunch (white asparagus with butter sauce, ham, salad and parsley potatoes). Very friendly service (we wanted to sample a few different beers so they gave us a little glass to share.) Returned the next day for dinner; they got our order wrong (give benefit of doubt: our German was worse than the waiter's English). My food was mediocre; my wife's a tad better. Both of us felt it was a different chef this time. But the service was still great and the location still convenient. Very good value, too. Will certainly give it another try on next trip. Ver carta
