"After dining at another Michelin 2star we were sceptical, especially after walking past a hugh silver barracuda sculpture set in the entrance to the small dining room.Nasti delivered in every way: creative dishes (eg char cooked in local beeswax), beautiful presentation, subtlety matching the dinnerware to the food being served…..including some old Alsatian plates to match the regional themed offerings. The food was well prepared and tasty, innovative but not trying to over reach and always not to far from the Alsatian roots. The game often comes from Mr. Nasti’s hunting and they now bake their own bread….also a treat with its own story. It’s a small place with a staff the seems to enjoy working together. La Table d’Olivier Nasti is worth a visit."

"We spent a wonderful evening here with friends. The extraordinary hospitality was noticeable right from the reception. The service team does an excellent job and harmonizes perfectly with the kitchen staff. In general, Jerome Jaegle is an exception in terms of his presence in the restaurant. He is always looking for contact with the guests and is not above supporting the service, for example by clearing the tables. His interaction with the entire team also shows great mutual appreciation and respect, which is certainly one of the reasons for the great atmosphere in the team. We chose a menu with 10 courses, each of which was an experience. The quality and presentation of the food leaves nothing to be desired. We can only recommend a visit to L'Alchemille and will definitely come back."
