Amazing Tartare, beautiful decor! Great place for a date. The wine list is also very good as well as an excellent bar!

We had an amazing time at Ça Va Sans Dire: The service was excellent. The food was really good all the way from the starters to the main dishes and the deserts. The wine list matched the food style well and the atmosphere/music felt great One of the best places in town!

local aesthetically perhaps a little too pretentious. good flow quality and normal portions. Short menu centered all on appetizers in Tuscan style, soups and tartare revisited. He left me a bit puzzled the wine card, for the quality of the content perhaps a little too high. in conclusion positive judgment, but it is not one of those premises where you would return to us in the short period after the first time. extremely intimate and well maintained restaurant. we have ordered the local specialties: appetizer a soup and a tartare. food (and wine) really good served and carefully planted. the service is punctual but not intrusive and the decor of the room makes the dinner very pleasant. prices are in line with the Milanese restaurants although it should be said that the quality of raw materials is really great. I'll see you soon!

pleasant discovery at the Roman gate. the place is cozy, chic and put in place very nice. me and my friend opted for the sharing of dishes to taste more dishes. to start triptical of meatballs with sauces (delicious) and brolue of caramelized onions. continue to parrot with tomato and stracciatella and oriental shrimp soup. Finally, tartare of shrimp and tuna with avocado. all accompanied by two excellent wines. Unfortunately even if the sweets were very inviting, after the first start and second is not done. I will definitely return to taste the tartare of beef (speciality of the place.) also appreciated the choice of music in accompaniment to the dinner and the advice of the owner.

Apparently Ca Va Sans Dire had only recently opened when we had lunch there with a party of six at the end of October 2018, but there were no signs of teething troubles. It is a very nice restaurant with a interestingly different menu, specialising in tartares. The ribolitta (Tuscan vegetable soup was really excellent (and very welcome on a cold day! which we followed with classic tartare, chosen from the list of about a dozen tartares. It was very fresh, and I felt very tasty. However we felt it needed more green salad (ideally a small green side salad and my wife welt hers was too salty, hence the 4* rather that 5* rating.
