it's always nice to take a break and watch it. I enjoy the atmosphere and the opposite very much. Eat is good, good performance ok.

this is still the classic summer beer garden in berlin after my opinion. Almost everything is as expected in such a way, including the standing at the stand and the eating counters, the rustic dining offer but also the beautiful view of the new lake and the animal garden.

the cafe at the new lake is a very big cafe at the rande of the tiergarten. besides eating and cold drinks you will find a wide selection of warm drinks. in summer the cafe offers a large number of seats in the open. the self-service allows to get to its drink quickly. the prices are in order and the atmosphere at the sea, under the trees, is very cozy. the cafe at the new lake lies directly in the animal garden and thus a really nice place to abode. Unfortunately, however, it is mainly full of beautiful sundays in summer and whether you come to rest is another question. the prices have now also gone neatly high and so I started to avoid the cafe at the new lake rather. but to whom it is not too loud, he shall continue to visit the cafe.

the beer garden radiates a great atmosphere and the location directly at the lake is perfect. In the evening, light chains will be made, which looks great. the food selection in the beer garden is limited to pizza, spelt and potato salad. overall the prices are a little too high (0.3l cola for 4€ ), so you have to get yourself everything yourself. Nevertheless, this is always a nice beer garden that invites you to stay.

a great place to enjoy a drink and beer garden dishes in the summer after evening. the cafe is very beautiful in the middle of the animal garden on a small lake. here you can also rent ruderboots. there are very many places available to be located partly directly on the lake (the most sought after) and partly romantic among trees. the bier of the barrel is only available in half liter! There is a sejr tasty stone oven pizza, beer cheese, sausages etc. The prices are comparatively high for berliner verältisse. Ver carta

it is always nice to be in this magnificent position, especially after so long time at the first day of opening the outdoor gastronomy. the pizza in the restaurant was delicious, the waiter was very pleasant, the mood was omitted in the beer garden. unfortunately too small sunshades, no coverage offers and small heating, although the weather was announced cold and rainy. hygienic rules hardly exist, apart from a minimal control of the fast test certificates (can also be bought before location), which do not include an identity check. the large tables were filled in a pracht, in the restaurant they were often pushed together without anyone entering. we enjoyed the evening!

so far I was twice made with friends in the cafe at the new lake and unfortunately two totally different experiences. during the first time a super service experienced (friendly, flash and fast); a great breakfast with a real great view. at the second time (due to super first experience): absolutely poor service. long waiting times, dirty tablecloth, unclean glasses and unfriendly views when determining that there is no drinking money for this performance. but just because the cafe at the new lake cannot just wait with favorable trips, then you should at least offer something by personal so that the high price is justified. I don't know if I go for a third time and give another chance.

the only positive thing about this is that you can sit in a beer garden under old trees outside on the new lake and take a cool drink after a walk. the rosé wine with lemon and mint, which was already white, was overpriced at 3,50 €, especially since the wine was obviously from the cheapest. two people with a face like seven days of rainy weather ate a kind of flaky cake or pizza and left a large part. someone who tastes it looks different. we then prefer not to feed here, especially since the prices are quite high in this respect. pity, but this is once again a local one, where only profit is beaten from the situation. I'll give you two stars because of the beautiful location in comparison... Ver carta
