A green setting in the heart of Montpellier. The welcome is perfect, the spacious rooms and the pool really nice! Very good value for money... hard not to come back every year.

A big thank you to Patrick and Jean for their warm welcome in this beautiful villa Catouna. We spent ten wonderful days, the villa is ideally placed to discover the city and the region, but also ideal for sunbathing by the pool. Great reception, Thanks again and especially soon. L

Great practice to access the roads of the beaches or spend good evenings in town without fear of having to take back the car (a place of comedy 3 minutes walk). The station is very close for those who come by train, about 10 minutes walk or there is a tram stop near the villa. The owners are very pleasant and feel comfortable. We spent 8 days in July 2020 in the villa and it was a first for us. It is the location in the heart of the city 4 minutes from the venue of the comedy, 4 minutes from St Roch Station, 1 minutes from the huge shopping centre) that made us choose this place. We loved the very cool atmosphere with breakfasts in the garden, the first evenings at the pool and some warmer moments with our neighbors. We enjoyed the very practical common kitchen and the room XXL) very spacious. Proprios are in small care without formalism. This is all for a very far price below central hotels. Anyway: thank you for everything!!

My 3rd year at Catouna villa and always the same pleasure... having the impression of being at home when you arrive ... an oasis in the middle of the city 2 steps from bars and restaurants.. Even if the perso I have difficulty leaving the pool at 28 degrees to go for a walk. Jean and Patrick are of an incredible kindness.ah the aperos ptits by the pool.. the pleasure of meeting new heads, or finding old people because I'm not the only one who comes back every year... that means everything... The rooms are tops.. the common kitchen very friendly. In a word that happiness!!! I can't wait to come back... Bruno

In the heart of Montpellier, you will find this beautiful villa decorated with a lot of taste, the VILLA CATOUNA. I'm coming this year for the third time. The Villa has many advantages: it is located in the heart of the city near the train station, shops, shops and bars/Restaurants. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, the bedding is of quality. You can enjoy a common kitchen with everything you need. Its adjoining parking allows to park for free and safely, its garden is beautiful and floral, not to mention the extraordinary swimming pool with beautiful clean lines.
