Cail Bruich - Menú

I decided to go for lunch with my wife as we had the day offWe had the tasting menu and a few cocktails.

Just visiting and only had two nights to spend in Glasgow- so glad to be able to spend one night here! My boyfriend and I ordered the complete tasting menu,

Have eaten here on several ocincline, including prix theatre, sat night dinner Sunday lunch. Always good and would have no hesitation in returning or recommending!

superb! friendly and helpful service ( suggestions on the beer with dessert) as well as delicious food. the smoked chicken fat butter was amazing as the forellenceviche. worth a trip.

My dining companion commented that it is the best meal she’s had in a long time and I can easily understand why they have won awards at Cail Bruich. This time I won’t be leaving it so long between visits.

beautiful little restaurant. cozy with a friendly atmosphere. the market menu is worth for money. I had smoked makrele to start and it was delicious. my friend had the Cullen-Haut and said it was the best he cost (bar his oma’s. I will definitely go back and recommend others.

our second visit here was even better than our first one. the tasting menu was excellent with the smash our special favorite. my man made the wine journey along the tasting menu and we really enjoyed learning from our attentive waiter about the different drinks. a truly outstanding restaurant with a lot of love for detail.

it was nice: we had the right choice menu and a bottle of wine and a nice night with a large service. it is the fine eating of michelin star restaurants, the £100 meals, but at half price. Yes, that is still expensive, but if they are for a nice meal at a special occasion, maybe if they pay for a group, this is a great place. eating is 4.5, close perfectly cooked, nothing wrong, just nothing that has blown my head. service a 4.5 and the staff with more experience on the way to a 5.0

Cail Bruich is in Glasgow's West End, near Glasgow University on the Great Western Road. It's not one of the most prepossessing stretches of that road, and I'm afraid my photograph of it in the morning and in the rain, does not make it look any more attractive. At night, however, the blinds are up and there's a subdued warm glow from the dim lighting inside. The entrance has a nice feel with a plush curtain around the door, keeping the draughts out. Inside, there's a vaguely French brasserie cum bistro feel: a bit old-fashioned, but nice and comfortable.
