Food was OK but the service wasn't. Although the staff were nice the service didn't muster a tip. Just non existent. 11 months ago wrote a glowing review but now has gone down hill rapidle

my first time in camden and I really like it. it has a relaxed mood and the service was good, but casual and easy without many interruptions. I had the vegan wellington, which was really good, I especially loved the celeraic and heap sauce.

The vegan menu at this restaurant is stunning. There is a wide variety of options that actually taste delicious, in contrast to other vegan places that often only offer bland cabbage-filled dishes. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is relaxed.

This restaurant is quite upscale, with slightly higher prices for drinks but nothing out of the ordinary for a nicer establishment. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect, but the atmosphere was lovely and cozy, with the added bonus of a beer garden. Ver carta

Had a lovely late lunch there today. Interesting menu. I had a ribeye steak sandwich with rosemary and garlic fries. Steak cooked to perfection, medium rare, was so tender and tasty. Partner had the blue Monday burger with Cajun and chilli oil fries which he said was delicious, the burger was slightly pink which brought out the flavour, best burger he had tasted in ages! All in all had a great experience in The Camden. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thumbs up to the chef thank you.

We were only the second table in on a Saturday morning just after opening, arriving at 10:10. We ordered both food and coffees together soon after arriving. Coffees came out and then there was around 25 minutes between finishing these before any sign of food. The whole experience is just so slow. Too slow for a place that I wouldn’t describe as busy at all. The service is friendly enough, the food and prices are good and the bar itself is nice and chilled as a weekend breakfast/brunch place.

Experienced terrible customer service today at Camden in Poole. Me and my friend waited almost an hour for our food, when I asked the waitress where the food was, she vanished and never came back. Had to ask the manager who AGAIN failed to come back, despite me asking 2 additional times. Seemed too timid to advise us what was happening. Clearly the order was forgotten. When the food arrived, the poached eggs were terrible! So overcooked and basically boiled. Won’t be returning due to the appalling treatment!! Ver carta
