it is a smaller restaurant that relatiw is cramped. if they want to eat there, they should order a table beforehand. the quality of food and service are good. it is better to sit on the terrace in the summer months. on the photo the terrace is not yet prepared for the guests, otherwise it is very pleasant there. Travelling with young kids means you need to find food they are familiar with. In this case we were looking for pizza and also we fancied a steak. The pizza was very good, the steak was excellent both my wife and I remarked that we hadn’t had a rump so well cooked and presented in a very long time. Definitely recommended.

Es sollte ein schönes Geburtstagsessen werden. Ambiente und auch Geschmack der Gerichte war ok. Ich bat um gemischte Antipadt für 4 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder. Gebracht wurde Folgendes (jeweils volle Vorspeisenportion zu.natürlich vollen Preis): Salat, Carpaccio, Vitello Tonato, gegrilltes Gemüse, Bruschetta uvm. Die Hauptgerichte hat dann kaum jemand geschafft, viele Vorspeisen gingen zurück und ich war deutlich über 200 Euro los.

Die bestellte Lasagne bestand aus sehr viel Béchamel und Käse. Vereinzelt wurden ein paar Krümel Gehacktes gefunden, später kam gekochter Schinken zum Vorschein. Was hat ein Schinken in einer Lasagne zu suchen? Die Italiener würden so etwas nicht essen. Die Lasagne leider mangelhaft. Das Zweitgericht war gut; die Spagetti mit Shrimps fanden volle Zustimmung.Der Kellner war professionell, jedoch nicht freundlich. Etwas mehr Verbindlichkeit wäre nicht fehl am Platz. Ver carta

We were there for lunch. Without a reservation we had to go to the winter garden, but it was not crowdy, all ok. My wife and I received menu cards with differnet content, honestly, I couldnt see aperitifs, open wines and other things as the pages were gone! Ok changing my menu with my wife, we could order: gamberi alio olio, noodles, gnocchi with tomato and tiramisu, accompoanied wby a VW and some red wine. The VW was extraordinary. The same judgement for the gamberis, it is óne of my standard dishes and this is currently one of the best I know! The gnocchi were also good and the Tiramisu was a fantastic ending of a good lunch. unfortunately I have to make other experiences in serafino. Eating was in the round okay, but I've never met such an rude operation. herr augusta, the owner, helped his personal to use the food. he had a rough ton when he picked up the job that bothered us. as weeping and appetizing, he disregarded some of our quite common and polite asking as if the waitress would take a glass that is not needed, or we could get a teller to share a starter. he rushed over such stimulating guests and kept us rough and loud. we now complained about its inhospitableness, whereupon the situation escalates. in the following he also referred other guests (of course friends/recognition) to the discussion by trying...

Über groupon hatten wir ein drei Gänge Menü erworben. Als wir den groupon Gutschein erwähnten, würde man schon sehr unfreundlich und wies uns einen Katzentisch zu. Der erste Gang ein carpaccio war gut, nur die großen und vielen Salzkristalle darauf waren störend. Der zweite Gang sollten gefüllte Teigtaschen mit Steinpilzen sein, dieses Foto ist auch bei groupon abgebildet. Nachdem wir fast eine Stunde gewartet hatten, bekamen wir dann diesen Gang- nur die Pilze fehlten! Auf Nachdragen teilte man uns immer aggressiver mit, die Steinpilze seien in den Teigtaschen und mit dem Foto hätte man nichts zu tun und ob wir denn wüssten, was Steinpilze kosten!
