"Some food can be good but good luck getting a hold of them for a reservation or otherwise. They need to already be open for one. They need an email and phone number for another (which they don't use). And, they need to actually get their schedules straight. My wife and I both called for a reservation giving all the info. I cancelled mine after finding out the duplication from my wife. They didn't call or email but sent a text to my wife stating the wrong time and that we were confirmed (though they already had confirmed on the phone). Problem was, the text confirmation was for the wrong time. We called and got an answering machine stating that they were closed the day of the reservation. We both left messages at both Scrabster Seafood Bar and Captain's Galley (being run by the same people) they use for serving as we had no idea what to expect at that point. They called my wife an hour before the reservation to tell her they were closed for renovations all day. Not emergency renovations... planned ones... Yeah. We were less than pleased with the lack of communication and accuracy of information. I'd steer clear."

Superb seafood meal. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere, never rushed. Perfectly cooked, delicious and we came away full. The paella was spot on, would definitely order again.

Very tasty food, but the waiting time was pretty long. We had a starter and a main each and left the Restaurant after 2.5h. If you are not in a rush, the food is worth it.

This is an absolute gem. We walked in for lunch today and met the owner and chef, who was very friendly and welcoming. Our server as well was great. The food was fantastic, we had the mussels, calamari and monkfish. Don't miss this place! Ver carta

Absolutely amazing food, the fish was so fresh and delicious! Can recommend the smokies for a starter, and the Oysters were an excellent choice to follow. A very interesting location, with lovely attentive staff! Can’t recommend a visit enough looking forward to a return trip!!

Totally love it ! It was amazing experience for me, my husband and our wee boy. Enchanted and friendly atmosphere, all the staff and chef take care of us, everything was delicious and perfect. My English is not good enough to say how amazing was that ! Totally recommend! Thank You again !

In the icehouse, spacious and clean and interesting ! The choices were great and the food quality was excellent ! Especially enjoyed the oysters as they were prepared exactly how they should be ! Really excellent food but it is slow service which would be fine if the room wasn’t so cold. The small number of tables (there were in total during our visit) and the lack of background music did create a strange atmosphere as everyone was trying to whisper to avoid being heard by the other tables. Overall great food but for the price to be justified the overall experience needs to be just as good and unfortunately that isn’t the case here.

This place was special. From the outside it seems like a real harbour restaurant with not much to offer. The moment you walk in you realise that this is not the case. The attention to detail in the main room is exceptional. We sat down for lunch and was helped by a very friendly waiter. The waiter helped us with the menu as well as drinks and told us more about the history of the interesting building.
