What a fantastic restaurant! My wife and I use to visit this establishment in the elephant and castle (in our youth) so when we discovered they were now in blackheath we thought we would revisit for Mother’s Day. We weren’t disappointed, the food was delicious... Ver carta

A truly wonderful place for family meals and celebrations. The staff are friendly and professional too, the drinks are great and the food is not only great value for money but incredibly tasty! If you fancy a real old-school Italian meal done right you need look no further!

A great local Italian in the former Lee Green post office. Family owned and run with a long menu (which normally starts alarm bells but in this case doesn’t! . The staff are amazing and great with kids while the food is hearty, tasty and very good value for money. Definitely recommended.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary by booking a table at this restaurant. What an amazing experience the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble! The food was delicious everything was cooked to perfection, we both had hot starters, and main courses and it all came to the table piping hot, this is something we haven't experienced in years! Dessert was also exceptional really yummy! My husband finished with a latte coffee, which he really enjoyed. A finishing touch was a glass of limoncello , a wonderful change from a chocolate! We will definitely be returning very soon!

I needed to carb up as this was a pre London marathon meal. Wow, I didn't need to worry! The meal sizes were huge and the prices were amazing. I had a calzone, nothing too fancy as I wanted to be kind to my stomach just in case. My daughter and husband had pizzas which were huge, but they somehow managed to put them away! The service was second to none, and there were lots of birthday parties happening, so we got into the swing of singing Happy Birthday several times over the course of the evening. I had a great time, and felt like a party goer by the time we came to leave! It was not rowdy by any stretch however, and we all left feeling very happy with full bellies!

My wife and I went to the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have been past many times but had never been in. What a mistake that was! From the greeting at the door to the farewell at the end of the evening we could not have asked for a better time. Our waiter was friendly and very funny, polite and treated us as valued customers. The food was exceptional with a very wide choice. We both had the fungi with Italian blue cheese to start that was so good and HOT. My wife had Salmon and I had the rack of lamb for main with saute potatoes and vegetables. Once again beautifully cooked and presented and HOT.
