The food was fresh and delicious. There were not many options for vegetarians. We had a pleasant conversation and the staff were polite, serving our food with a smile. I would definitely dine there again. They also offer takeout options.

Warm welcome but then denied the option of having a buffet as, they explained 'it was not a profitable venture for Charlie Chang to let only one person have the buffet! ' Even offered to pay more than the asking price but that was refused. Disappointing!

Megan was fantastic! She tended to all of our needs was very kind. Megan needs to be given a lot more credit than she is given. The other lady I can’t comment on as she was very rude. Food was definitely not up to scratch. Food was tasteless bland. Would come back again, however would like food to be more tasty certain staff to be trained in customer service. Ver carta

I went there with my husband for a buffet. The buffet was from a set menu and you have the order it rather than help yourself. It felt more like a very poor cafe. The place is very run down. Cold and the food is at a very low budget. The worst of it was the toilets. They was so dirty it looked like a crack den. Overall 0/10 there was nothing nice to say about this place. Waste of money, time and ruined our evening.

The food was excellent on both tonight's delivery order and one about a month ago. I am happy to have discovered this place! Tonight, one item was missing from the order. I called them right after delivery and the missing item (a sauce) was brought to my door within 15 minutes. I am very impressed with this level of service and will continue to support the restaurant during lockdown. I hope to be able to visit in person soon.

After visiting Chang’s today I can say I will definitely be back! Had lovely service from both Megan and Khlin! £14.99 per person for all you can eat cooked from fresh!!! Your given a menu and you can pick up to 6 items at a time which is more then plenty! Big sharing portions. Decor could do with some updating but don’t judge it. Both waitresses were very attentive and was happy to refill our dishes as soon as we asked. Will definitely be back again! Ver carta

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant several times during lockdown. We placed our orders through Just Eat and consistently found the delivery times to be very prompt. The food always arrives on time or even a few minutes early, which is a pleasant change from other places we have ordered from where the delivery times were unreliable and over an hour late. The food is always hot and the delivery driver is very friendly. I plan to continue getting Chinese food from this restaurant in the future since the prices are reasonable and the food is very tasty.

Another eat as much as you want Chinese Buffet. But this isn't trays of cooling food in bain maries...this is fresh cooked to order. And very good it is too. Okay the choice isn't massive. No prawns for one. And no soups. But its under £15 so let's not get too fussy. The starters were very good...the salt and chilli ribs were actually exceptionel. The main courses very well cooked. Some nice crispy chilli beef. A bottle of Rose wine at around £13 made for an evening for two at under £50 with tip and too full to walk normally. We visited just after opening on Friday lunchtime and opted for the eat as much as you like lunchtime offering. This is a limited menu of about 10 items and we selected 7 as follows: Pancake Rolls, Chicken Wings, Prawn Crackers, Egg Fried Rice, Plain Chow Mein, Chicken Curry and Sweet and Sour Chicken balls. Cooked for us and aimed to 2 guests which we were as 4 wings, 4 sweet and sour, pancake rolls etc. Food was ok but could have been better and no soup on either lunchtime or evening eat as much as you like menus. Main problem we had was it was so cold inside as a window was wide open in an attempt to clear window condensation. We had to ask for window to be closed as really was an ice box... Ver carta
