The food is good but the waiters are very rude and service bad. The waiters behave like they give you their own food for free.

The food is very good and tasty. Portions are big but the waiters are not friendly and rude. Also, never order the house wine there! They mix it with the water.

great Italian food. really good cook. the atmosphere is a bit too dark during the day for my taste, but at night it is great. on warm days the outside terrace is very nice to sit during the day.

Classical as well unusual Pizzas, which taste delicious, a friendly and professional staff, which offers a very good service and a little bit of Venice in the vintage atmosphere. Pasta is also very tasty. My family and I loved the dinner. We will surely come...back!

Stopped here for lunch and other than the waiter spilling a drink on me it was great. I had the Riggatoni Bolgenese which had a simple meat sauce but very good. Large portion for only Euros. The table olive oil is superb! Great for...bread dipping, very creamy and tasteful! Bread very good too. Prompt service. Nice inside seating. also after years a good, recommended Italian. fast, friendly, competent service. we were there with our little son (1.5 years) on the occasion of our 10th high season (26.05.2017). the waitress (which we have been watching there for years) was friendly and offered a child chair, brought a small portion pommes for our son. the food came quickly and was good, hot and delicious as always. also the drinks were well cooled (important at the hot temperatures at that day). all in all a round thing and we like to come back.

We were looking for canneloni in Heidelberg and Da Mario came up. Saw some iffy reviews regarding service but went anyway. Loved it! You go up an escalator into an elegant room it's supposed to be casual and people were but it...was so nice! You could eat outside on a balcony or inside. Our waitress was kind and attentive. It's a slower atmosphere thsn most Americans are used to, but if you just politely ask for anthing you need, great! Such a wonderful contrast to restaurants that service you and expect you to get out! Oh and the ricotta and spinach canneloni was delicious, as was my husband's meat lasagna. Love this place reasonable prices too. The waitress said to come back soon we will!...

at the latest in our hotel in premier inn checked and wanted to eat everything except German. the type in our hotel recommended this place not too far to foot. they must take an escalator to the restaurant and it is near mcdonalds. what a beautiful huge room, they felt like they were in a parisienne caffe, dark wood paneled walls with mirrors and golden yellow light fittings, beautiful painted deck. the personal was welcoming and every table looked after a romantic evening with a small candle that flickered on each. small balcony area in free to eat, but so a beautiful room in the inner. all the music they played in the background loved her. the service we received from the waiter was michel...
