Great little kitchen serving saucy, delicious plates! Not many tables here so plan ahead with a reservation or arrive at opening time (8:30). Favorites: Cream foam of Caulifower, Ham Roe, White Asparagus with Strawberries Hazelnuts, Squid with Sweetbreads, Sea Bass in Green Pepper Sauce.
