Tolles und ehrwürdiges Hotel direkt am See. Schöne Zimmer, zuvorkommender und charmanter Service. Gutes Essen. Leider nur 10 Parkplätze. Alternative ist Migros Parking für CHF 34. pro Tag.

Das Hotel lohnt sichr nur wegen der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Genfersee. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen sowie die Aussenfassaden/Terasse. Das Frūhstūck war unbefriedigen fūr ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, dreckiger Teppich, zerrissener Vorhang, Flecken auf dem Nachttisch. Die Lüftung funktionierte nicht und wurde nicht behoben, obwohl es uns versprochen wurde. Die Lage am See war schön. Ver carta

We were looking for a place for a coffee. The site and views are great. Unfortunately the coffee didn't match the occassion. The worst coffee we have had in years at a 5.00fr, it was thin and pretty tasteless. Won't be going back. Ver carta

I stopped in for lunch after a visit to the Queen Museum. I thought the food was fine but somewhat bland. The vegetable soup was good but the apricot risotto was very average although the concept was brilliant. Although I was there as a solo, I was treasured politely which is not always the case. We stayed for three nights at this hotel in room 202 (second floor with view on the lake . This four star hotel needs to start refurbishing rather sooner than late. The wall to wall carpet (pinkish yellow all over the hotel needs decent cleaning or...replacement. The furniture in our room was way dated, the sunscreen was durty and torn. Our room was clean and the bathroom was ok, nothing more. Breakfast is served in a huge old ballroom which was insufficiently heated and again very pink (I understand this must have been the colour of this room a good century ago but do we need to stick to the same colour pallet?
