"Being from Munich it's hard to find a start what should have been better: Took some time until someone cared about being there. Then waited over an hour for the food. Ordering a Schnitzel' appeared to be on the save side, but even that was...more than bad .. even though I was kind of lucky that it was small too (halfe what is normal in Munich) ...especially for the price. All that topped by Christmas decoration in April and really bad an annoying smell of toilette all over the place. If you want to go there just drink a Augustiner beer. This is the only positive to mention even though this is not really their achivement."

I recommend the pork steak stuffed with bacon, the schnitzel, definitely whatever the pretzel soup is called.

Once again we found a locals only spot. Very well made simple but fresh menu. Schnitzel was the Friday special, prepared ways and all were stunning. Great Augustiner beer selection with maximator on tap, for Plenty of locals with families singing and...making a special evening. Ver carta

We were staying at the holiday inn at Munich west and this is one of the closest places. It’s a local’s place, in the summer everyone sits outside which is perfectly nice. The food was good German pub fare, and the service was quick and...friendly, and they have an English menu. Beer was perfect.

Relaxed atmosphere, not too pricey for three people), swift, attentive and pleasant service. Not too busy on wet Wednesday in May. Fairly out of the way, but near enough to walk to from nearby IBIS. Tasty, plain food. Generous portion of local in-season white...asparagus with artery-blocking quantities of melted butter was delicious.

I ate dinner in the place with my wife. We ate outside as the weather was so good. There were not so many customers in the place, but the service was quite slow. It seemed, that there were not enough staff in the restaurant. Nevertheless,...the waitress was friendly. I had Schweinebraten mit Kartoffenknödel and my wife had Käsespätzle. The portions were OK. The Augustiner beer was fresh and delicious. Ver carta

We stumbled on this local establishment on our walk to the Nymphenbug Palace. What a great find! Joachim was very friendly and accommodated our request for an American morning favorite espresso (vice coffee) and Bailey's Irish Cream. This helped fortify us for the remainder...of our journey to the palace. Although we did not sample the menu do to time it seemed to offer a wide variety of authentic German fare.

This restaurant is opposite one of my company’s offices, so have experienced it before... repeat business is always a good sign. This time I was solo... the waiter was friendly enough, and was able to help me in English, and sort out food and drink....The food I would suggest that it is relatively local Bavarian in theme. The meal I had was a very good size the meat was well cooked and tasty, and the price I thought was very reasonable. Felt comfortable and welcomed here I will mostly likely be back sometime in the future.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
