"my wife and I asked our steaks to be done well, just to find that they were still pink in both. the height of incompetence is disturbed. After we complained when we both lost our appetit, the manager took the food out of the bill, but when we didn't even finish our drinks, she had the opportunity to invite us for the drinks! overall it was slower service, waiting staff that can not even crack a smile, chefs who obviously lost their passion for cooking and a cow that could be saved by a veterinarian."

beautiful meal, although very large pirtiin. it was pointed out that their biggest main course was!. but was fantastic both main and starter. very friendly staff

service was an anxious 1 family member had to lay back ribs because they were dry and hard and another family member ended with food poisoning with there hühnerburger

The music was too loud and we were uncomfortably cold sitting next to the door. My aunt's Caesar salad was just lettuce with chicken on top and a small amount of dressing.

The meal was delicious, although the portion size was very large. I was informed afterwards that it was their largest main course! Both the main dishes and starters were fantastic. The staff was also very friendly.

breakfast, speck burned, tomaten cold, mushroom luke warm, the place was busy still 2 male workers stood in the servier area chat for over 30mins) while people who were not happy in the delay of the orders that were waiting workers doing...the best to get up. bad show of male(manager)

Paid a lunchtime visit and we’re underwhelmed. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food was a let down . Both our burgers 1 beef 1 chicken came in stale buns . The ingredients were good as were the fries but surely it’s not difficult to...source fresh bakery products. Seems like a case of penny pinching esp as no side salad etc on plate !

My wife and I requested our steaks to be cooked well done, but they were still pink. The incompetence level was terrible. After we complained and lost our appetite, the manager removed the food from the bill. However, we were still charged for our drinks that we didn't even finish. Overall, the service was slow, the waitstaff was unfriendly, the chefs lacked passion for cooking, and the quality of the meat was questionable.

do not often write bad reviews, but do not have much positive things to say. the server were nice, but they were so busy that they had no time to ask us how our meal was. it was a fight, it was for more. Beverages/invoicing to banish. that was not great. I could have done anything better. my pasta dish had no taste, only so much flavored that my mouth was fired. bad drink selection. do not think that it is good value for money. I never hope to come back.
