Came in for breakfast and was served by Georgina. What an absolute gem. Had such a lovely aura around her and was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Had some fantastic chicken wings and a superb mushroom pasta dish. The good food was made better thanks to the excellent service from Emma. Would happily bring my friends back here.

Ordered from this restaurant through just eat. Food came in timely and I appreciated the care put into the packing of my meal. The food was tasty and I would definitely order from them again. Ver carta

Had a really lovely tasty vegan meal and also a really nice vegan cheesecake was really impressed as normally did not do vegan dishes previously it is a real treat when the staff are very nice and the meal so good. Friend enjoyed and would certainly return to Frankie Benny’s

Staff is excellent special the Izabela who served us yesterday.Was my Friend birthday so Izabela putted birthday music on and candle on my Friend's cake which was a surprise!Lovely place, food is amazing, big portions and not expensive! Excellent staff and atmosphere. Definietly will be back soon. Thanks again xxx

Went for lunch Monday PM it was very quiet. Despite this it was 10 minutes before our order was taken. 20minutes to get some garlic bread and another 18 minutes once starters were cleared for main course, such poor service. My spaghetti bol was only like warm and after 2 to 4 minutes inedible as it was cold. I wouldn't go back. Ver carta

The service was subpar. Despite requesting the vegan mac and cheese due to dairy intolerance, I was served a plain version made with real cheese. The food was disappointing in terms of both quality and portion size. The vegan mac and cheese lacked presentation and came in a small bowl, resembling a mix of chili con carne with mac and cheese. My partner's ultimate mac and cheese also arrived in a small bowl with no side salad. Overall, the experience was not enjoyable.

Attended yesterday for lunch about 1pm. Couple in front of me were taken to their table but the member of staff simply never returned to where I was waiting to be seated. I waited for a few minutes and then a woman came in with her 2 children and after waiting for about 5 minutes the children made a comment about having to wait so long. I agreed and we all left and went to TGIs. In total I waited about 7 minutes and the member of staff never returned to seat myself or the woman and her children.

The waiting staff were lovely, so no complaint there at all. However not only was the food decidedly bland, it took an age to come to us. When it did, my BBQ Ribs portion was luke warm at best, and the added fries, corn cob and coleslaw portions were much smaller than I expected.Also, we were offered the use of a toddler seat as soon as we arrived which was much appreciated. Sadly we had to take our six month old daughter out of it shortly after, as the seat stank of stale urine, so much so that not only did it put my wife off her meal, but we had to go and change my daughters trousers as they'd picked up some of the smell. I reported this to the waitress, but nothing further was said by her... Ver carta
