An awesome evening and the deputy manager is brilliant . Well worth a visit the food was amazing I would recommend the salmon and desert was lovely.

Food was ok but took ages! Really fell down when it came to bar service! Ordered drinks on arrival and 45 minutes later we had to insist we had our drinks. Young guy behind bar seemed clueless and the cocktail we ordered was a mess. Staff constantly seemed to be urging some response from him but he seemed as though he couldn’t care less. Spoilt the visit!

We called here while traveling to Cardiff, I ordered spicy meat balls which had no spice. I also ordered breakfast tea which was luke warm and didn't help the tea bag give it's flavour. The venue music was that load I could hardly hear what my partner was saying!! The food came in a timely fashion. Thought it was very expensive and sides were very small for their price

We waited for 35 minutes for our main course and were disappointed with the quality of the food. The bolognese was mainly pasta with very little sauce, and the cajun chicken wrap had only 4 small strips of chicken, which was not even a quarter of a breast. Along with 2 drinks and a garlic pizza, our total bill came to £29.90. The food, service, and value were all subpar. We used to frequent this restaurant every weekend, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

Before Covid, my go-to spot for breakfast was Frankie and Bennies. They offered top quality food at a great value. I loved their bottomless coffees, fresh and well-cooked dishes, and most importantly, real butter! However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The bacon was overcooked, the eggs were undercooked, and even after sending them back, they were still not cooked properly. The ham was low quality, there were no coffee refills, and the only option for toast was Flora margarine.

Half Term Pizza Making Workshop 30/05/23 Definitely recommend! Leo Lacey love Pizza, so what better way to start the day than getting involved in a slice of the action, where they created their very own masterpizza!! Tracy was awesome, welcomed us and made us feel part of the F B family! Leo Lacey donned their Chef Hats and Aprons, enjoyed choosing their own ingredients, decorating their pizza and were entertained by an activity pack keeping them busy while the pizzas cooked in the oven with Chef Dave on hand to ensure they were cooked to perfection!

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, ordered food at the same time, some food came but 2 others didn't which meant the 3 people had more or less eaten before their meals were serviced. They were busy making take a ways whilst we were waiting. I discussed my disappointment with the waitress who was very nice it wasn't her fault. We then ordered 2 more drinks only to be told 10 minutes later there was no passion fruit then the drinks turned up!! I thought the service was disgusting every time I go there something happens, I will not go again neither will I recommend and write frankly the bill was 95 quid minus the 2 pasta meals but I want my money back!!!

We were seated near the kitchen and noticed that takeaway orders seemed to take priority over dine-in customers. We joked that we might have received our food faster if we had ordered for delivery. We observed delivery drivers coming and going, while some diners received burgers and hot dogs quicker than our pasta dishes. We overheard apologies for delays from the staff, and as we were leaving, an elderly couple approached us with a similar experience of waiting a long time without receiving any food. We felt sorry for them, especially since the woman's husband was not feeling well. It was clear that the restaurant's focus was on takeout orders rather than the dining experience of customers...

For a chain restaurant it’s pretty expensive for what it is but that’s a company issue not a restaurant issue. I have food allergies and they’re very accommodating to that but I have also done takeaway from them via things like justeat a few times including their “ghost kitchens” and it’s just awful like seriously don’t bother with ordering it on the apps. Let’s talk food. I have never had a bad meal here. (ignoring the terrible online app experiences and just focusing on actually sitting in the restaurant) . I’ve never sent anything back or ever had a quality issue. Inside the place it’s comfy enough, the food is always hot and the wait times are reasonable. what kills the internal atmosphe...
