This restaurant is a great option for breakfast, including a vegetarian choice. The ingredients are high quality and the staff is very friendly.

Very nice inside and was busy on arrival. Slow slow service for just a hot sandwich. Coffee drank by the 30 min it took to arrive. Staff seemed ok. Facilities ok.

Visited for Coffee and cake. Really friendly owner and staff. Food made fresh to order. Definitely the best coffee in Bakewell. We had Raspberry and Almond cake. Really moist and delicious. Can definitely recommend.

There are numerous cafes in Bakewell, but I am so glad I decided to stop at this one. I ordered a dish of walnut, goat cheese, and beetroot on sourdough bread served on a bed of salad, and it looked fantastic. The restaurant also accommodated my daughter's food sensory issues by deconstructing a meal for her, which made her very happy. I would definitely return to this place. The ambiance was clean and quiet as well.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The decaf coffee I ordered was unexpectedly strong, much like regular coffee. The flat white I had was perfect, with excellent milk and just the right amount of strength in the coffee without any bitterness. The food options all sounded and looked delicious, so I will definitely be returning to try them out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the place. First time visit to this lovely little cafe in the centre of Bakewell. Not a large place so we were fortunate to find a table free. Can’t really comment on the food as we only had coffee a toasted teacake but what we saw being served to other tables looked delicious. Very friendly staff, did take a little while for our order to arrive but didn’t mind as the place has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere we were happy to wait (food is clearly cooked to order). Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a wonderful lunchtime experience!! Spotlessly clean, efficient friendly service, varied menu and well presented food. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. My wife had an amazing salad with very tasty ham. I had the ham and strongly flavoured cheese, with a lovely creamy and fluffy textured potato. The Gallery is a little gem, with a very pleasant ambience and quiet location. When we next visit Bakewell this will definitely be our 'go to ' place for lunch.We shall certainly be back. On Holiday for a week so called here on a trip to Bakewell. Cafe is well presented , clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful . It took a long time approx 40 mins) for our food to arrive . Luckily we were not in a rush so it didn’t matter to us . It was quite busy in there and the food is obviously cooked fresh . I had the vege bean pot with halloumi cheese which was really tasty and my husband had the club sandwich . Prices are average I imagine sandwiches seemed a bit pricey . Lots of eating places in town Certainly worth a visit though. Ver carta
