"we arrived at our booking on time and after we had to sit down practically, we had to wait one more time (just as I had checked the time when we sat down) before we got a menu at all. then we got our table menus, so we had to change. After we finally looked at the menu, I was shocked by the selection. if they were vegetarian, there were only two options that were then notified after careful selection of one of these two options from clearly overwhelmed waiter that this option was not available. that is simply not acceptable on a Saturday night. the meat options were either fish or animal interiors (living, inner, etc.). or very tasteful wildbret. I don't consider myself as a pickling esser, but I had to order the Red Bete appetizer salad as a main dish, as he had no fish and no leber. this type of menu is very restrictive. I pointed out and was pointed out by a young, inexperienced and obviously overwhelmed waiter that there is a run on the menu. when I did not choose this (actually like I had cooked the same before and was not put into account for the pleasure) asked me the waiter why - abrupt and direct. that is inappropriate in such an environment. at the wildbret a certain amount of service is expected, also suitable for the style of the restaurant. our table then waited another time for our drinks, for which we had not even enough water glasses until we asked again and again. I had to share a water course with my man! our food came to us we sat down to say unnecessary my Red Bete salad didn't last long because I was just so hungry after that. the inexperienced waiters tried more than once to bring us food for two more tables. after all, we asked to see the dessert card. then the waiter tells us that there is only one dessert option. again, for a busiest night in a restaurant such things are not acceptable. no apologies or alternatives offered by management. we ordered the cheese plate. very good cheese, not enough soned or brot, so it was at the end just a very dry, heavier cheese flavor for the evening. we were again confronted with the inexperienced personal. in Germany it is common that waiter share their bill. our waiter had a lot to do with it, so I did it at the end of my own. after checking the bill were just not on it! a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and two beer. this kind of insight is so inappropriate for a restaurant where there is the cheapest appetizer. I was hoping to bring my parents here when they were visiting next month, but I won't. that was embarrassing us, the other customers and the management. I will not return"

Lovely and a bit fancy place to have some nice food. Lunch menu for two Person cost around 70euro(with one drink each) .

this is by far my favorite restaurant in tübingen. the staff is very friendly and eating is excellent, and there are always good wein. the place is very popular and it is best to reserve a table in advance

Expensive for nothing!!! I was order eine salta with steak.Steak was ok but salat not and do not understand why salat with pepper.., dessert creme brulee was really bad with a strange consistence..never again! Ver carta

this place has only tables outside, which is why you could walk past it. we ordered the risotto and it was very delicious. the prices were reasonable and the staff very polite. the only disappointment was the very slow service, as the restaurant was full

Wunderbare und sehr hochwertige Speisen. Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Eine Mischung aus "echter" italienischen Küche und internationalen Gerichten. Absolut und jederzeit empfehlenswert!!! Achtung: Reservierung dringend erforderlich, vor allem an Wochenenden.

great Italian food, freshly prepared. I like to go to lunch there as there is a small selection of daily changing arrangements! very tasty. also beautiful for dinner in the evening with a wider menu. also nice atmosphere, not as crowded as other Italian places in tübingen. best booking Ver carta

Welch ein Glück, dass unsere Gastgeber nicht im sehr schönen, kleinen Innenhof reserviert hatten, denn wir wurden von starkem Sommerregen überrascht. Der ehemalige Stall hatte für ein duzent Personen genau die richtige Raumgröße und die weißen Tischdecken, silbernen Kerzenleuchter und edlen Weingläser taten das Übrige. Meisterhafte Küche und zuvorkommender, liebevoller Service! Da fühlt man sich wohl.

Wir waren an einem Wochentag zum Abendessen mit Kunden im Stern. Man sollte auf jeden Fall reservieren, da das Platzangebot durch die Grösse des Restaurant begrenzt ist. Das Restaurant hat einen "elitären" Touch mit einer Mischung aus weltpolitischen Bildern in einem "alten" Gebäude. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Von einem "italienischen" Charme war aber nichts zu spüren. Die Speisekarte ist klein und soweit gut sortiert. Die Vorspeise war sehr gut (Pulpo mit Kartoffelsalat) und Caprese war in Ordnung (Tomate war etwas ohne Leben). Die Hauptspeise war aber leider mehr mässig als der Preis vermuten lässt.
