Well, we have just been for a birthday meal and it was absolutely fantastic! Vicki, our waitress was brilliant. She was helpful, funny and polite and she made us all laugh! Our meal was beautiful, compliments to the chefs. We will definitely be returning.

I regularly eat out at the Golden Eagle and I love it! The staff are super friendly, especially Claire, Vicky, Liam and Grant! The food always tastes great, comes out quickly and they have a good selection of drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent meal out!

Myself and my partner come to eat with you when it is my weekend off work. We look forward to this our time together and enjoy having beautiful cooked food with such outstanding service and customer service. We love the personal attentiveness Wwe get from walking in to leaving after our meal. Keep up the excellent work.

Not been for lunch before, ordered fish and chips x 2 two pints of lager,good service very friendly, the meal came l noticed that my fish was very grey and tasted off, the other meal was fine, the staff gladly replaced it, however once l got home l felt sick could have been a late reaction Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The food was very nice and definitely worth the money. However I am somewhat puzzled by the system of drink ordering at the table. During our visit the bar staff serve the patrons at the bar first...and there was a steady stream therefore our second round of drinks took 10 minutes to arrive!!!. We were sitting next to the bar so would have been more convenient to buy our drinks separately...defeats the theory of table service.
