"Booked a table for last minute. Have been before and always enjoyed both the food and the service. However, on this occasion we were greeted by a very abrupt man who sat us on the end table by the entrance and the payment/collection area....We asked if there was another table we could use and he was very unhelpful and again grumpy when dealing with us, shrugging his shoulders in a take it or leave it attitude saying the others had booked before us. On looking around there were no screens and it appeared very little separation between tables. It seemed as busy as all my previous visits. The menus were plastic and not paper disposable and there was no online app menu to choose from, all options that I have become used to in these Covid times. Just across from us was a table with people clearly all together! Now I could be wrong and they could all have been in a bubble but the make-up of those sitting in that group did not make that a likely scenario to me. While seated at my table I kept having to lean in to allow people coming into the restaurant to pass and had people standing just behind me as they came in for take- always which caused even the staff too squeeze past. The last straw was when a group came in and the “greeter” went to put all his menu down on my table while he dealt with them. He stopped himself but clearly this is what this table is usually used for. I have eaten out all through the August eat put to help out and have continued to do so ever since and have always felt safe with the efforts that the various restaurants have made... until now. I will not be returning to the Hanedan At least until we are (hopefully) through this awful pandemic and even then I would hope that the person greeting you has a more welcoming approach to to customers."

I ate here tonight with friends, we used their lunch dinner week. per head for a cursor with drinks. Eating was fantastic, delicious and hot, highly recommended! Turkish brot and wein was wonderful.

I'm not gonba on how everything was so under standard, just that my wife had the sultane joy it was like a had (s- on the teller, she had a day...off work the next day as ungood expensive tiny portions and good, we will never go bad quality again!

we had a fantastic time here and the food was fantastic! the portions were huge and broth picking abundant. we found the wein very expensive...it was just a mateus rose, but about the staff is attentive, efficient and friendly. we will definitely return. Ver carta

Been with one more family with kids altogether, could say very disappointed, no facilities for kids /infants, unable to toilet my kids. Staff were not friendly , struggled to open the door, menu lacked half of the presentation.not suitable for families. Would not recommend.On...top of everything meals change in serving but not in listing

I was a little reluctant about going out for food after the most recent lockdown but the staff at Hanedan made us feel reassured and welcome. Despite the times, there was a great atmosphere, and my word, the food was incredible. For what I would...consider as simple grilled meats my meal left me feeling satisfied and elated. I cannot wait to go back !
