It should not matter if you are in an establishment just as it opens or just before it closes you should always be met with happy welcoming staff someone needs to teach some of the staff (not all) this! Maybe a welcome host type training as it is very lacking in this establishment, which is real shame!"

Only place open on a Wednesday afternoon for a coffee. Who actually shuts for half days this day and age.

Was very handy until my bank was shut as always good choice of buns cakes all snacks etc and choice of drinks good value quick service

Grabbed a quick snack before a walk around the village, the staff were friendly!! I tried a hot curry pie and it was delish!! The cakes looked good too!!

Can’t beat this bakery/ coffee shop for an in or out coffee plus cake or snack. It’s good stuff at very reasonable prices really nice. Why pay more than double for somewhere else when Harry Gows is just great.

If you ever want fresh food and friendly service every time and all the time, this is where to go. The staff have always been polite and helpful, no matter how busy it is, and certain members of staff even give fantastic advice for what to eat.

Great wee place on the main street. Not too busy which was a bit worrying as we thought why? Needn’t have though. Service was quick and friendly, and the food nice and most importantly reasonably priced Pop in when you are in Tain, you wont be disappointed

Bought the most beautiful strawberry tarts to take to friends who had rented a cottage in Dornoch. For lunch they had provided various pies from Gow's bakery. Shepherd's mince pie, sausage rolls, steak pies and macaroni pies items I ate were delicious and I was assured by the others what they ate was the same. A lovely bakery.

Went in with my daughter ordered chicken curry pie, fried egg roll after 15 mins daughter got her pie roasting on the outside cold in the middle,20 mins later my egg roll turned up with an apology of sorry, nearly 3 pound for something that looked like it had been lying for half a day and reheated then stamped on showed other customers one left before ordering say no more .
