I had never been to this cafe before, but I was not disappointed! The hot chocolate was really nice and the atmosphere was great. Although it was a bit pricey, the sitting areas were comfortable and there was a fantastic shop afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

stopped here while they had the monsal way to foot in the opposite. had a few vegan options on the menu. Eating was good and service pretty fast superior to how busy they were. they can order from their table and everything is so super comfortable. highly recommended! Ver carta

this place is our popular resort in this opposite! the vegan options are all delicious, the staff are friendly, the location is ideal for walkers, people on a bike do the monsal trail or people with cars. the shop is also a tasty bite with interesting books of the opposite, souvenirs and other beautiful things.

visit them on holiday and had not seen much choice for vegans until we stopped here. at least three different cakes available and soy milk options for drinks. there were many lunch options inc toasties, salate and burger. I pampered in a delicious and huge piece of carrot cake with a heel milk chai latte-delicious!

Located at a former railway station meant this cafe immediately has character. With a great indoor and covered outdoor seating area.We wanted to grab a bite to eat after hiring bikes to ride along the old railway line and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of vegan options available. I chose the oreo cake but there were several other vegan cakes to choose from. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area. Ver carta

First went here a few months ago and loved the pizza after a bike ride. Did it again this time with family and did take away. unfortunately we were already on the road when we discovered one of the pizzas was completely burnt on the base, basically leaving the pizza inedible. Really disappointed as the first time the pizza was great and now we've basically wasted £12. This time all 3 had too much cheese and was stodgy and as mentioned, burnt. Can't trust it now. The fries and garlic mayo are delish. I understand stonebaked and Woodfired is going to have some charcoal bits but not this much.

Came here after doing the Monsal trail parkrun and unfortunately the cafe leaves a lot to be desired regarding service. Although the lady that served me was lovely and explained that they had a rush on hot drinks and that there would be a short wait, I think 40 minutes a visit to the till as well as two requests to serving staff asking where is my latte? is a bit ridiculous. My two friends had ordered 5 minutes before me and had to wait ages for 2 toasted teacakes that came half toasted with minimal butter and tasted like cardboard, their coffees also arrived after a big delay and were barely tepid. Nice food. Insane ordering system. Extensive menu including a breakfast menu; one of us wanted the roast dinner and one of us wanted a 'breakfast ' item; smoked salmon and poached eggs. I queued up at 11.45 and was told I couldn 't yet order the roast until after midday. I asked if I could order and pay for it now, but not expect it until after midday. I was told no. I ordered 2 coffees. At 11.57 I queued again and ordered the smoked salmon and poached eggs before the 12pm curfew. I asked if I could now order the roast dinner.
