Their English was limited, but would still understand what the dishes were and how they were prepared. My husband had an excellent medium rare fillet with fresh local green and white asparagus to begin with a delicious mustard dressing salad. I had the big smoked salmon salad with mixed green and green local asparagus. Very generous portions and food came very hot, on warm plates. The local Swiss white wine was cold and tasty. Yes, somewhat expensive, but this is Switzerland, and food quality and costs are higher than many other countries."
