"So ein tolles Restaurant muss man wirklich mit der Lupe suchen. Das Restaurant ist nicht nur Restaurant sondern auch gleichzeitig eine Sehenswürdigkeit mit unvergleichlichem Ambiente. Das Essen und der Service sind großartig. Am Abend macht Erika Kolle sich die Mühe, jeden Gast persönlich am Tisch zu begrüßen und gerne etwas über die Geschichte des Lokals und auch Büsums zu erzählen. Wo findet man sowas heutzutage noch? Ich fühle mich jedes Mal rundum wohl und es ist im weiten Umkreis mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist die Büsumer Krabbensuppe und der Seehundschmaus! Ich freue mich schon heute auf den nächsten Besuch!"

here there are very well maintained tasty eating . the chef not personally. well-trained and extremely friendly staff. this historic ambiente completes the successful evening. very recommended.

Wir waren mit 5 Mädels auf Empfehlung hier essen. Das Essen war grandios, toller Service, nette Unterhaltung mit dem Chef. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben, ich werde das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

on a rainy day we were not after fish. we chose the filled lamb shoulder and the rehragout. was both very good. dense, tasty sweet. a bottle of cote de rhone. that was a bit thin, but on the afternoon the right traditional ambiente, friendly operation. we like to come back. Ver carta

we are recommended in the restaurant for dinner all four had fish but first we would welcome friendly and at our table guided from there we felt at home the recommended service to the fish dishes was excellent the kitchen has made a great job thank you - we will definitely come back

we were in juni at kalle kolle and had booked a surprise menu with corresponding weeps. short: it was world-class! from cucumber-shot with matjes to stone mushroom soup with knurrhahn to rehfilet. mmmmhhhhh! tasty, nice talks, excellent wee and loud little and great fades. to each floor a terrine of exquisite sauce extra. great! the teller went straight back into the kitchen. great praise and warm thanks to the whole team!

Unser Restaurant des Vertrauens. Reines Familienunternehmen und das merkt man. Man wird herzlich empfangen und das Essen ist mega lecker. Egal ob Fisch, Fleisch oder vegetarisch. Es schmeckt einfach nur gut. Wer was besonders gutes essen möchte und nicht nur nach billig sucht, ist hier an der besten Adresse. Und das Ambiente ist der Hammer!!!! Wir sind immer wieder gerne da, auch einfach nur auf ein Feierabend Bierchen oder zwei ;o Ver carta

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel . Es sind nur ein paar Meter zum kleinen Hafen und zur Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Erstklassiges und leckeres Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt (Sekt gibt es auch Alle Sorten von Heißgetränken sowieso. Und tolles Omelett/Rührei wird auf Wunsch auch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig und komfortabel gestaltet. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und mit liebe dabei. Ich komme bestimmt nächste Jahr wieder nach Büsum.

Wieder einmal waren wir Gäste im Hotel Muschelsaal . Es war fantastisch! Die Lage ist einfach super, nur enige Schritte zum Hafen und wenige Schritte zum Zentrum. Schon der Empfang ist sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer und Betten sind top!! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch das Restaurant Alter Muschelsaal ist sehr empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist hervorragend! Der Serice ist super! Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr aufmerksam und sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas benötigt wird. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle schon bald wieder!!!

"Finally it went back to the high north. Our first culinary goal should actually be Büsums No. 1 the Barkasse, but unfortunately everything was fully booked here, so I was briefly re-disposed and I had a day before to book a table for 3 people in the sturdy steakhouse. This restaurant has been on our To Do list for a long time, very pleased with my two meat-loving roommates. The male voice at the other end let me know: We'd still have something, 17.30 h, 18.30 h or 19.30 h... . Clear North German announcement. I decide for the last time. We are very punctual, are very kindly welcomed and pointed out to be two minutes too early, our table is being cleaned and we can take a short time later. A very friendly young waiter will immediately send us the menus and ask for our drinks, but we would like to inform you in advance about the offer. In the end, it should be a Fritz Kola 0.2 l to €2.30, a Pils 0.5 l with coast supplement to €4.10, and an Aperol Sprizz 0.2 l to €4, at the same time we order garlic baguette with Knobi Dip. Unfortunately, my entrecôte is served with the original supplements, for this my husband does not receive oven potatoes but my roast potatoes. We leave it, however, after almost 8 hours drive without a culinary stop, we are quite hungry, our meat is still in the acceptable range with almost medium well. The vegetables, Zuccini, Paprika, whole cherry tomatoes and red onions, are still bite-resistant and well-flavoured, the small potatoes with a bowl and very subtle rosemary accompaniment are cooked to the point, the grill butter probably tasted with some Café de Paris. Altogether for me something too spicy, salt and pepper mill do good services here. My husband is not quite satisfied with the meat quality, hip steak is in my opinion really good luck, for that my/his roast potatoes are fried and good spicy. Our side salads (leaf salad, tomato, cucumber, corn, radish and red onions) are made with very little taste-neutral dressing. The burger is supplied as a kit, the wheat bread is covered with a small cut hip steak (medium well), besides salad, tomato, spice cucumber, red onions and a small glass bowl with BBQ dip. I'm making a burger that wouldn't be my thing if I had to eat something like that, the meat is a bit tough and Junior's chewing muscles are well stressed. Well, young, you'd have heard better about mothers and chosen something from the separate children's card. The pumice in the rough cut are crispy, the BBQ sauce is slightly smokey, tastefully ok but certainly not homemade. All in all, I come to good 3 stars for dinner. I have the impression that the very young owners are very striving, learning and thus also capable of learning, so you are always on the right path, no There are constantly new Touris mentality that you can find elsewhere in Büsum. The restaurant is located in the Büsumer pedestrian area, more precisely in a smaller side street. The good old stunner welcomes guests in full length in front of the entrance door. The decor is typical maritim and not too rustic for my taste. The colour bordeaux dominates here and finds itself, for example, in the artificial leather chairs, table runners and the clothing of the service personnel. In the open kitchen the lady of the house works very well maintained and clean, only one of the two table runners is a little dirty. We didn't pick up the toilets.
