Great ale, awesome, generous carvery. Excellent friendly service. Diverse crowd, including dogs. Great location in relation to walks around the Surrey footpaths. Authentic. You'd be a fool not to!

Lovely family pub. Had a great 3 night stay to see some nearby family. The room was comfortable, clean and homely. Staff were all brilliant, the food was great and brilliant selection of beer wine. Will be back! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Booked in for 1 nights accommodation. Had room 4. It was a very comfortable room with its own bathroom. It had a well stocked beverage table. The Bathroom was full of nice touches. Facecloths, soaps and shampoo. Overall a very pleasant one night stay. I would use it again. Ver carta

Recently attended the British Motor Show for 5 days as a trader, staying at a another local pub in Bramley, which did not do food in the evening. We tried the Jolly Farmer and ate hear for three of our four nights. It would have been four, but they could not fit us in on one night! Fabulous food, good beers and excellent service. A lovely country pub which we would highly recommend. Service: 5 Location: 4

Do not accept room 1, the boiler is in the cupboard next to the room and runs 24/7 making a loud droning noise. When we arrived someone was being sectioned at the bar, breakfast needs to be ordered the night before and doesn’t start until 08.30 which is inconvenient for anybody working. Chaotic. If you’re a fan of faulty towers and sleep deprivation this is the place for you!! Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 3

What a magical place to dine, drink with family!!!!Absolutely worth every penny and more! All the staff are amazingly kind and helpful, all the food was exceptional and oh my god the dessert.....was amazing! Would like to congratulate to all the staff and the family who runs this little paradise !
