"Went there for a lunch, after following some locals that seemed to go in for a mid-day meal. Good idea! : The food is good enough (don't expect too much variety and don't expect fancy dishes , the waiters were very helpful and nice and the area is a bit further away from the Mariahilferstrasse larm, which was a plus for us. Great value for money, overall. Beware of the bread-basket-trick. 1 loaf of bread 1 euro. If you don't normally eat bread with your dishes, don't touch the (NOT complimentary bread basket! That being said, the dark-flour seed-roll is delicious! : Oh, and they only serve a wider variety of main dishes after 16:00. Until then, you only get the house specials or the morning-specials."

As I imagine, homemade Vietnamese food is! Very good cheese dumplings with crispy onions.

A pleasant courtyard off the main shopping street in vienna. Prompt service, tasty food, quiet terrace. Good selection of austrian dishes.

above all in the warm season the garden is an oasis in the trubel der mariahilferstrasse, fresh and good, a pity that the passage to the gumpendorferstrasse is no longer open Ver carta

a good canteen in a small alley perpendicular to a large commercial street. simple cuisine without chichi, but good that makes discover the Austrian cuisine and its specialties. the waitress is smiling nice and advisable. There's a space that comes back to smoker from 2:00, but we were offered to change the table. There's only some Viennese, not looking for the tourist. and it's cheap :)

We celebrated a birthday. We ordered the food and it was right, but nothing you would remember forever. What I usually didn't like is that although I have a table of 10 people and all ordered something to eat, drink and even dessert when we ordered a glass of tap water, they didn't tell us that it will be charged!!! I don't think that's allowed. We have calculated extra 1.6€/glass!! If we had known I had ordered a bottle of water.

ambiente: 5/5 great, typical puben ambiente in Czech/Eastern style with beautiful beer garden.Service: 4/5 nice and friendly service.Eating: (gulsch and schinkenfleckerle) 4/5Der gulasch is top! Unfortunately, the hammocks were unfortunately not quite through and the cheese (emmental) was not optimal. Moreover, a sour cucumber would not have been bad....but otherwise good.price-quality ratio: 5/5 FAZIT:18/20Consequently visit because of the delicious food! Ver carta

I discovered this place thanks to a local friend, and I’m grateful for that, because I hate touristic spots!I also appreciated it’s being pretty central, and yet secluded and quiet, besides it’s nice simplicity. As to food, I choose two courses (sorry, but I cannot remember the names in German…,) one really good, and the other average.Price per value: average the food, definitely expensive the beverages! But as I could experience later on, Wien is not a cheap city…

I went to this restaurant after a blog about restaurants that make the best Wiener Schnizel. Kantine m101 has a Rave rating. It is a casual place that is pulled into a courtyard (you need to pay attention to the signs outside). You can have a nice, quiet meal away from the hustle and bustle of Mariahilfer Street. The pulp and potato salad that accompanied him were incredibly delicious. A couple sitting at another table had a tasty looking stew and looked like they would enjoy their meal. Overall the food was amazing and the price was reasonable.
