so dreadful service that we do not disturb stay...avoid, no good eating is bad service worth. they will always find the two doing.

Try the magret, it is very tasty and well cooked. Pizzas are also all right. Chocolate moelleux with fudge was outstanding and sorbets very good. Location is convenient

The food were really good. Pizza was very tasty and burger meat was tender. The prices for food and drinks were reasonable. Nice set up inside in the Café. The whole experience was really good. Ver carta

We expected some very simple café. We found a clean place offering a reasonable choice of food and drinks (wine is available, of course). Open late, we found a warm welcome at 8pm and we were not the last guests.

As this place is right outside Chateaux Margaux we popped in for lunch after a visit. I am glad we did. Excellent helpful service good food, would totally recommend it others particularly those we children as they are very accommodating. Great place.

not sure what happened to other reviewers, but we found our service too excellent. one of the best burgers I had. everything was fresh and well done. as owner of a restaurant I can be a bit critical when. food is made. no shortcuts here, everything is really fresh and delicious. try it Ver carta

Right across the street from our Hotel, we stopped in here for lunch. The place was packed, but the server was quite adept at handling the crowd. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, it came with olives, three-colors of peppers and onions. It was thin crust with a fresh tomato sauce, exactly as I've had in Italy. I would happily return if I was ever in the area again.

To be honest, we thought we would run in basil at fawlty towers! (Only the English and antipodeans will get the haha. they look the duck was good, though a little expensive (provided what we had previously paid in other restaurants. see l’ecluse 52. in castets en therehe on the garonne canal....absolute **** ****. I think I'm in a Michelin star restaurant! ... but still back to margaux. nothing was open! Maybe it was Monday? in high season. hallo? dunno. Anyway, we had exhausted all the other possible restaurants that were all closed (in a very reasonable hour of 7:30 I could add . if they have starved and nothing else is open, they come here.

nine of us ate here yesterday five adults and four children. we arrived at 11:45 clock and sat on the front terrace. the owner came out and asked us if we had reservations. when we told him that we didn't do it, he wasn't... sure if he would let us stay, although the restaurant was empty, bar two other mozens! at the end we stayed, and when our food was brought out, he was brightened up and even made a few sweats. the steak thing was okay, but the pizzas were fantastic! my mother-in-law had the four cheese pizza and it was fabulous! my four-year-old son ate his entire margarita pizza! if they are looking for an accident and especially when they travel with children, this is a good choice as...
