"We used to almost dread a visit to Yell as there was no-where to have a bite of lunch, but our visit to LJ's today was great! Fresh food prepared as you wait. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed an interesting pulled pork pizza with a barbecue sauce. Our friends had freshly prepared sandwiches, well presented with salad, coleslaw and crisps. I am a difficult-to-please coffee drinker, but was delighted to find the coffee was excellent. I had a toasted wrap with Kentucky chicken, salad and coleslaw served with home-made chunky chips. Yum! Will now look forward to visiting Yell much more often!"

had a fantastic lunch. had the sandwich soup combo and both were excellent. then had the sticky toffee pudding that was really good and my friends cheesecake that could have been the best cheesecake I ever smeared. the portions were also excellent. highly recommended!

We dined at LJ's yesterday for a family dinner, and it was fantastic! The food was excellent, and the staff even offered us additional dishes, which was a nice touch. They did a wonderful job accommodating my dietary needs. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic! Each person in our group ordered something different from the menu, and everyone enjoyed their meal! The children's menu is brilliant, and there’s a great selection of freshly cooked dishes. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. An amazing place for families and especially people with allergies! Liam the chef came over sat down with us to discuss our family needs. My little girl who can rarely eat out was spoilt with a full meal! She usually only gets chips... I can not thank them enough, we have been twice now and will definitely be back. Be sure to give Liam 24hr notice for special diets, although he managed to accommodate us with no notice. Oh and the food is amazing! Even my fussy eater loves it :D

Been watching the opening of this eating establishment from New Zealand for a few months so on my latest trip to Yell I called in for lunch. It's a bit like walking into dr who's tardos, outside you think it's miles away from civilization, inside it's a fun New York diner with a great menu. Wonderful friendly and genuinely caring staff, actually I think hosts is a better word, good food served hot and quickly. This is a regular for me going forward. Well done to the owners and their vision and hard work, it adds another terrific reason to visit Yell.
