"Wedged between the motorway interchange, the national road and the railway, we could have dreamed of a slightly more enchanting place in Taormina. Traffic noise and pollution are quite present. The toilets in the basement are also a little limited. Car required to reach the restaurant because access on foot from the cable car is very unpleasant and dangerous on the national road without a sidewalk. The cuisine is good with fresh produce but apart from the interesting appetizers it never really takes off, it has a very small Michelin star. The service is efficient and attentive but a little stilted as is often the case in this type of address. In the end, the price charged seems quite excessive compared to the services."

Booked a table for two on their website. Reservation was confirmed per email. Few days later again per email they have cancelled it whithout any comment? This is not the way how a Michelin starred restaurant should work! Obviousely you do not deserve the star! Service: 1 Ver carta

Nice concept, a quality starred restaurant but still with an easy touch! Refined dishes and well-balanced flavours, adequate prices and breathtaking views. So this was disappointing in several ways. Mostly because of the lack of creativity that one could expect for this price. We had the chefs tasting menu which mostly consisted of the dishes that you could find in the a la carte menu. The food was at the most ok but did not have an innovative touch nor a creative elegance. I was surprised that it has a star.
