"We went yesterday, to dine. We went with our very well behaved dog and we asked if we could eat outside, since we had our dog with us and they kindly invited us inside. We were imediatly pleased, since sometimes it's very difficult to go out with our 4legged family members. Especially on vacations. Thanks again for your kindness! So, lovely place, very cosy and very friendly staff. We ordered pizza and they were amazing! Best pizzas we had while in France. The dough was incredible, very well made indeed. We ended up with some Limoncellos and they were very good too. We paid 40€ for the both, 2apetizers+2 pizzas+2 limoncellos. Thanks for a romantic simple dinner, which are always the best!"

We ate here twice, and also ordered a carryout pizza from them. The pizzas and salads were excellent, and the chocolate ganache cake was a delicious and decadent birthday treat! Recommended!

At this restaurant you will always get good food whatever you choose. The staff is friendly and you get the food fast. This time I ordered a Mezzo Cardinale. Mezzo is a half pizza with salad and my husband choosed a Spaghetti Bolognese. We were booth very satisfied.

We have been here in 10 people during September, while travelling through France from Italy. Restaurant is medium size with tablecloth (very rare in France). Food is good, mainly Italian style (not perfect but good). Big portions, price was correct for what we ate. Service was fast. In general restaurant was better than the classic tourists restaurants in many cities.

"This restaurant is part of a hotel in a very impressive 16th century building. It looks very classy. However, the night we were there, there must have been some serious problems in the kitchen (or maybe it is always like that . We started with a shared plate of charcuterie which took a long time to arrive – how long does it take to arrange the cold meats on a plate? We then waited a very, very long time for our main courses. While waiting, we saw a dispute at another table involving the maître d’ and resulting in plates going back to the kitchen. We had both ordered duck à l’orange which came with Camargue rice. The rice appeared to have been baked in the oven and was so crisp and dry that it resembled a cereal bar. The ‘orange’ was not the usual sauce, but instead was four cubes of orange that appeared to have been scorched on a grill. They added nothing to the dish. It had been suggested that we should share a side of seasonal vegetables. These turned out to be big chunks of boiled potatoes (with rice! , a boiled root vegetable and a couple of dry artichokes. We had interchanges with two servers and the maître d – all were cold and brusque. We lived in France for more than 20 years and appreciate the fact that the French like to take their time with meals, but there is a big difference between leisurely and glacially slow. Perhaps we were there on a bad night, others seem to have had a better experience."
