Deplorable Home We are in Thons for the end of the year and we wanted to eat a fondue in Cluzaz. After searching the Internet, we decide to go to the Grolle. I'll call at 10:00 to book a table. The person tells me they don't make a reservation at noon. We arrive early enough to have a table... And there, no table so not reserved Where is the hidden camera Really not cool... And especially furious to have been so blessed

Disappointment... despite the many recommendations I suggest to the restaurant managers to change their service staff. Indeed there is an age for everything and especially for some waitresses to retire! And to leave room for young people!Especially when they make it possible to disrespect their customers without valid reasons (I am a witness to this situation). So 1 star for the service, but 4 stars for the kitchen that is excellent!
