Best restaurant I know. Great cuisine and friendly service staff. Always worth a visit.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche werden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Können es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Angebote, Qualität, Service, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Speisekarte kann unseres Erachtens alle Ansprüche befriedigen; die Weinkarte übertrifft ebenso die Erwartungen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Bären sehr genossen. Sehr schöner Garten, der zum verweilen und entspannen einlädt. Das Nachtessen konnten wir im Garten geniessen, es war ausgezeichnet, ich habe schon lange keine so guten 'Leberli ' mehr gegessen. Ver carta

Es hat alles schon sehr freundlich gestartet wir wurden herzlich von einem Kellner empfangen und an einem schön dekorierten Tisch platziert. Der Service war dann durchs Band sehr freundlich, kompetent und charmant.Auch das Essen war sehr lecker!Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!Gelebte Gastfreundschaft!Aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass Lernende im Einsatz waren. Sie haben einen sehr guten Job gemacht! Schön, dass sie an einem solchen Ort ihre Lehrzeit absolvieren können.

In 2022 we were ignored by the host several times. So I rated the restaurant with only one star. In response to this bad review, Mr. Binnemann contacted me immediately, apologized and asked for a second chance. Today we went to the Bären restaurant again. We sat at the round table in the middle of the dining room. Ms. Binnemann walked past our table probably 10 times, no “Grüezi”, no “En Guetä”! Mr. Binnemann was also seen briefly at the next table. You don't feel welcome here! It's a shame for the good cuisine and the very friendly staff. Perhaps today's hosts should have looked over the shoulders of their predecessors (Fam Ingold) for longer. The bear is definitely no longer an option for...

Our overnight visit to Bären Madiswil was a wonderful experience from start to finish with many great surprises. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The garden, a cozy place that makes you want to stay. Just beautiful. Dinner a poem. The starters, tartare and tomato mozzarella salad with basil pesto, were perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. But the highlight for us was the main course. Herb quark spaetzli with beef stroganoff. The meat was cooked to perfection, the spaetzli were crispy/fluffy and the sauce was perfectly seasoned. Simply a poem. You can't do it better. The service was very friendly, competent and attentive. Momo the restaurant manager is the perfect... Ver carta
