The tables were sticky, and the food was lackluster and lukewarm, likely because of a malfunctioning robot that kept bumping into things. I won't be returning. Food: 2, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The drinks kept coming, and even though they forgot our desserts, they were very apologetic about it. As a gesture of goodwill, they removed all the desserts from the bill for our entire table.

The food here was delicious definitely recommended the fajitas. The waiters were really helpful with recommendations of there favourite dishes and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely the best restaurant on the whole Centre parcs site easily! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Ver carta

I really enjoyed the Argentinian restaurant at Centerparcs Woburn. The food was fantastic—vibrant, flavorful, and with a nice spicy kick. The serving robot added a fun element to the experience and seemed to assist the waitstaff effectively. We ended up going there twice during the week because the kids loved it as well!

The BBQ Jerk Chicken was a bit bland and not spicy at all, contrary to what was advertised. Surprisingly, it was halal, which was the main reason I chose it. The Sweet Potato Fries were quite good. However, the price was quite high at £16 for half a chicken and fries! I'm not sure if that's the standard rate or if it's just pricier because it's located inside Centre Parcs. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Ver carta

The restaurant seems to be understaffed, relying on robot servers that struggle to navigate around the furniture and often become stuck while the food gets cold. Meanwhile, the human staff have to stop what they're doing to help the robots back into an empty spot. Instead of investing in these costly robots, which are priced at £13,000 each, it would be far better to hire enough staff who can deliver food promptly and with a smile. To top it off, the restaurant has the nerve to impose an automatic service charge! Meal type: Dinner.

I visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration and was extremely disappointed. My steak arrived and was nothing but gristle and fat—no reputable chef would have cooked it, much less sent it out. I was offered a replacement, but I declined as I had lost my appetite. Out of the six steaks we ordered, two were sent back, and two more were overcooked. After we expressed our disappointment at the end of the meal, the staff informed us that there were issues with the supply and quality of the steaks. If that's the case, why are they still being served? The steaks had no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this restaurant.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had at centre parcs. I’ve always been so impressed by the service and the meals in all the other restaurants but this really was a disaster. The Piri chicken was dry, the drink took about 20 mins to come. Even though the restaurant was empty. Service was awful everyone just standing around. Someone started clearing our table and then just wondered off talking to everyone in the kitchen for about 10 mins, with half the stuff still left on the table. The bar was full of empty glasses over spilling the actual bar and overall a rubbish experience. Would not recommend at all. I work in hospitality and if this was the restaurant I worked in I would be disappointed... Ver carta
