Find friends here last weekend to bet! 975 is a small restaurant that offers delicious and tasty dishes! Super staff took care of all our needs and the food was delicious and a good value for money!

There was the tasting menu - five miam curses. pork chest, beet gaspacho, fish and dessert. The flavors were new and exciting! the wine map was complete and a good value for money. I'd go back there without hesitation!

We visited early September after the traditional August vacation, and we must say that mathieu and taiki are in full shape. food is excellent, creative but not too much, perfectly executed. the selection of wines is always a nice discovery. and both are very friendly. The price at dinner is very reasonable. We'll be back soon.

We went without reservation but had the chance to have a table for dinner. the menu is limited but everything is tempting. food was really fantastic: original, fresh, not too complicated, serving of good size. we were recommended wine, which was both excellent and cheap!! I returned a few weeks later and the experience was similar. rovo to the owners (chef and sommelier.) will be back

We both chose the surprise menu of the chet, and what a pleasant surprise it was! the server was very polite, explained the French where my translation failed and asked if there was something we didn't like. all courses were small but excellent. The presentation was like a taste. everything was subtle but delicious. good choice of wine and digestive. total 147,50 € including wine, beer, digestive and coffee. Not cheap, but it's worth it. one of the best meals we had. I think the restaurant is only open during the week.

excellent restaurant with a small but pleasant menu. We shared an entry and dessert and each had a main dish, which came at a fairly high price of €66, but again, it is expected from this level of cuisine and these ingredients. really reasonable price - quality. My favorites were the salmon tatami entrance, with a perfect combination of flavors and textures, and lemon pie with Japanese lemon that was a first happy for me. The main dishes were also excellent, with some spices I've never tasted before. I'd like to go back and try their tasting menu next time!

A considerable delight. 38 euros dinner five dishes, small formula, by the Japanese chef, covers the bases. The strong points included a cherry-based gaspacho, the star of the meal, really original, merlu with gratin corn, cep risotto, egg poached with girolles, smoked herring and beef muzzle. excellent map of Catholic wines - the sommelier confessed that he also serves as secretary and dishwasher. only about 30 seats, but widely distributed. superb service, attentive but not ungrateful. the 17th arrondissement, not known to most tourists, becomes the dude of the good innovative cuisine and the 975 is a perfect example. hope that the tourists will lose on their way so that we who live occasi...

It's a great little place, I had the tasting menu, which was superb with a great wine with glass all for a very reasonable sum. In fact, it was an excellent value for money, you could easily pay double the price for something less good. the chef is Japanese and his fish dishes were exceptional the others were excellent, the mackerel (which I love) was possible the best prepared I ever had - perfectly cooked to bring out the flavor and texture of the fish, all presented with flair and sophistication. the staff was very welcoming and convenient, offering both excellent service and advice. They had a very good wine map, to which, as I was travelling alone, I couldn't give myself, but the wines...

the frame is very relaxed, with bare soils, tables and chairs made of simple wood, a map of the wines quite complete on a paperboard and a small menu. the place is small and fills quickly, so make sure to book in advance. It's not in the best betting area, and not one we're seeing, so you don't want to walk around trying to find an alternative if it's full. Thankfully, it's just a few steps from the subway. We had an entrance, a dish and two glasses of wine each for a total of 101 €. each dish was beautifully presented and some had a small Asian touch with ingredients such as ginger, miso, yuzu, shiso and herd that worked wonderfully for what we ordered.
